The Role:
If you are interested in gaining a deep experience in the Human Resource and operations Industry in China, this will be a great opportunity for you. You will be interacting with the Senior Teams of Multinational Companies to fix their internship and HR needs while networking your way up the career ladder.
We are seeking urgently a passionate, innovative and smart Placement Associate for our Internship Program (based in Beijing). The selected candidate will work on expanding programs all across major cities in China with services ranging from Study Abroad to International internship opportunities
Nature: Full Time Entry Level Job / Internships Leading to Full time Job
Manager Reporting to the Director of BusinessDevelopment on the following:
- Reporting to the Director of Business Development on the following:
- Developing and implementing strategy to confirm host company partnerships for internship placements and managing the on-going relationship for future programs
- Be well-informed about Various industries and designing internship opportunities to prepare Participants for the Job market
- Working with HR Managers of Partner companies to design compelling Job descriptions for interns
- Matching participants to Internship opportunities relevant to their career.
- Be in charge of orientation, monitoring and evaluation of the students (Performance Measurement)
- Prescribing Career Mentoring and coaching topics relevant to improving these interns
- Caring for general well-being of interns
- Solving and following up on any issues arising between interns and host company by liaising with the Program Directors, Mentors and Client Service Operatives
- Expanding Programs into other cities and sectors and exploring opportunities for growth
- Developing relationships with Chinese universities for partnership and Program Design
The Requirements:
- Interest in Human Resource Consulting Industry
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Intermediate Mandarin speaker, ideally with specific knowledge of Chinese Culture
- Minimum BA Level Education in relevant skills
- Excellent understanding of Chinese business culture
- Outgoing and approachable personality
- Aggressive and innovative
- Reliable with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to challenge the limits and set new standards
- Self-Starter, proactive and CREATIVE

Job Description
Your role has to do with research, content creation, Lead nurturing and content distribution. You will be working around the following areas.
1.Reporting marketing performance with ideal concepts. Working with google analytics and other modern analytic frameworks
2.Conducting Market Research for existing and new products to inform growth decisions.
3.Blogging on an ongoing basis in support of our other projects and to attract site visitors through search, social, and our email subscribers. Know social marketing trends and tools, Manage social media content planning
4.Discuss with other team members to create sharable content in a form of PDF, Infographic and other E-books
5.Working with the marketing team to identifying and developing consistent offline marketing channels and Overseas Partners
6.Collaborating with designers, service marketing, sales, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
7.Plan and target Paid social media campaigns
8.Assist the Program Team with CRM Management as well as other operations.

Requirements:
·A passion and strong understanding of the industry and our business' mission.
·Prior experience in Content and Business Development roles will be ideal
·Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content.
·An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale blog marketing strategies and tactics.
·Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
·Solid research and data manipulation strategies
·Team Player and independent thinker.
