Looking for Network Engineer (Datacom IP exp) in Papua New Guinea.

Opportunity to work for a global leader in Telecommunications and ICT solutions. Our Client offers telecom network equipment, IT products and solutions, and smart devices used in 170 countries and regions. This is an opportunity to work in their Port Moresby PNG Office within the Projects Team looking after the local market and the South Pacific Region.

Must have Strong Cisco Networking experience (Routing, Switches, Firewalls, TCP/IP, BGP etc) & troubleshooting infrastructure (Switching protocols, TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, DHCP, QOS)

- Enterprise scale LAN / WAN environment exp

- 4+ years’ experience as a data/voice communications engineer

- 5+ plus years’ experience working in IT services for a medium to large organization

- Experience working in a complex mission critical environments

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strong customer service orientation, excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills & good time management skills

- Ability to be on-call after hours as required

- Must have relevant qualifications and or experience
