  Job Duties

  ●Work closely with product and design leadership to define the details of features and functionality for Comfy Insights Analytics

  ●Work on projects for internal and customer-facing reporting, which includes building and space utilization, user app and workspace engagement, as well as partner integration data

  ●Participate in scrum ceremonies and project planning as part of our Insights team

  ●Assist the product team in conducting user research and document findings from user interviews and usability testing

  ●Translate data and user feedback into intuitive, beautiful analytics which answer business questions and meet user needs

  ●Work on both new and existing features, offering suggestions for improvements across analytics, user interfaces, and user workflows

  ●Generate design flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals

  ●Solicit and incorporate feedback on your work from other product designers, cross-functional team members, as well as customers

  ●Contribute to projects which have a direct customer impact

  Qualifications

  ●Strong portfolio showcasing a foundation in visual design, interaction, and idea generation

  ●Familiarity with Design Thinking and Human Centered Design

  ●Proficiency in at least one design visualization tool (such as Sketch, Adobe CC, Figma)

  ●Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions

  ●Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  ●Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related area

  ● Design and prototype multiple ideas quickly, sometimes with customers, to validate product directions

  Qualifications
