忘了是在哪里看到讲科学教的时候提到汤姆跟妮可离婚的事情有科学教的掺和甚至说在某一阶段阿汤哥要科学教的人找人去监听妮可的电话 还提到那个监听的人被告然后关了12年 我查到这个消息仔细想想这个说法很有可能是从这里twist 引申来的

当时有狗仔（视频-自己还有律师给出解释是在用改造的电波频率扫描仪modified frequency scanner在妮可的1998年2月新片超异能快感想查看剧组人员的行踪然后拍合法的照片， 是不小心测到妮可跟阿汤哥的电话）被告3项charge（1.违法监测电话2.违法录制电话3.违法卖电话类容给小报）（每项最高判5年 最后是阿汤哥跟妮可没有出庭做证 那个狗仔选择认罪一项 dismiss其它2项 做了6个月监狱出来好像还有几百小时的社区劳动 罚了20000英镑还是2000）
据报告是阿汤哥的公关人Pat Kingsley（就是2004年被解雇的那个）看到The Globe（杂志1998年6月30文章）才发现的（之前还卖给了很多小报 电视节目跟报纸）然后才控告给政府机构（federal authorities）
大开眼戒是1996年11月到1998年1月 短暂5月补拍到6月3日， 所以对话类容是发生在刚好结束大开眼戒的时候（都知道阿汤哥在这部电影时压力多大 连着拍了400多天 平均每个镜头20-40个 最长的93个takes 说好的6月变成1年多 导致碟中谍2推后变导演 还推了一部谈好的电影改成威尔史密斯了 ） 那段时间本身2人关系就有点紧张还不停有小报烦他们（比如小报说他们love sence拍不好要性学专家到片场帮助etc ）
2001年2月阿汤哥file离婚的新闻出来后有人跟媒体又把1998年这个监听事情翻出来了

因为1998年阿汤哥还买了香草的天空翻拍和小岛惊魂制作权 而且是指定妮可演女主角（导演想要的第一第二人选都不是妮可）后来虽然离婚了但是还说该片制作人公司也是该片production company 说明1998年虽然关系开始出问题（我强烈怀疑是大开眼戒的压力导致的）但是双方都在努力 妮可是女的可能对这方面更敏感 汤姆因为一直在忙所以没有花太大精力在想 而香草天空原版是1997年去的电影节 所以1998年阿汤肯定看到骚潘电影 但是那个时候还没有感情 直到2000年11月拍摄香草天空的时候才见面 2001年2月正式file离婚paper 汤姆这边说的他们两人是7月6日2001年39岁生日party 勾搭上的 而且当时一直claim离婚是在12月还11月就跟nic说了 而妮可这边说12月25日两人还一起庆祝了结婚纪恋日同圣诞（这可能跟加州离婚法律有关 超过10年的婚姻财产分割 还有赡养费好像有变化）
在大开眼戒film期间就有小报报道（如拍床戏不和谐要性学专家）1998年6月又是那个被报道的监听电话 媒体有了消息就更幸福想要找出各种感情问题的证据所以才有1998年后半年的daily express 报道然后打官司（不打估计骚扰的更凶） 所以我认为是大开眼戒压力还有太投入导致1998年两人关系紧张之后因为小报关注不得不假装关系很好的样子但是没有真正去修复关系或者争吵没有解决问题都是演员装的太好了以为没事了而且98 99 2000汤姆在忙MI2还是制片方 妮可在忙超异能快感跟红磨坊 2000年末见到骚潘觉得被吸引了就决定离婚了 至于当时妮可的绯闻有（1998月跟她一起演舞台剧的男主角 听说这个play nicole 有全裸 还有红磨坊的伊万）
严格意义上我觉得阿汤哥是不会出轨只会离婚的人 比如第一任妻子 因为89年末见到妮可本身就没有怎么爱咪咪直接就离婚 file paper后才跟妮可在一起 第二年就结婚 可以从上面对话看出1998年开始存在问题但是还没有想离婚 但是2000年见到骚潘就打算离婚 也是file paper后才跟骚潘在一起（不过如果有孩子的话也许会不一样） 而跟katie一开始就很奇怪约会没几个月就怀孩子 就算怀了孩子在电视节目采访里也没有松口要结婚 只是说有计划（we will see）不知道高调是不是因为有了孩子还是当时同期2人都有电影要上（蝙蝠侠 和 世界大战）06到08年特别高调这期间katie好像没有拍电影（我觉得这段时间主要可能是因为跟派拉蒙分手导致各种媒体攻击他的信仰 公关公司给出建议让媒体关注他们的关系会有好处 因为信仰越洗越糟） 但是08年后跟派拉蒙关系缓和起来就低调了工作量急剧增多2010 到 2012 上映了4部主演电影 算上这段时间制作的电影至少有5部 而katie有8部作品（08 10 11年特别多 不知道戏份是多少有多少主演）
仔细想想（妮可跟骚潘）阿汤哥出名有权利后追人的步骤好像都是看到演的作品欣赏演员 邀请跟自己合作 在片场看人是不是真的喜欢 喜欢离婚就追，而第一任估计是因为当时对突如其来的名利吓到想要家庭所以才结婚 不一定是感情到了或者有多爱（婚姻期间估间上升期估计忙的要死）而跟katie 结婚跟有孩子有很大关系（2人没有合作过 忘了在那里看到2人是在碟中谍3试镜时认识的而katie还落选了-- 在我看来这是阿汤哥对她没有那么感兴趣的标志 我猜想这段关系很有可能是katie主动勾搭的）
