How does it work?活动如何进行？

You just find the registration table when you enter, Fill out name card stickers and stick them on your clothes to easily make new friends. Pick your flags based off of country and language you can speak. Also the flag of language you want to practice, and attach it to your clothing.

在活动现场找到签到的位置。填写姓名卡，然后贴在衣服上，好让大家认识你？然后再选代表你母语以及你想练习的外语国旗，同样贴在衣服上。然后就可以开始活动啦！

Do I need to speak English or Chinese fluently?我只能说英语或汉语吗？

no worries! Spanish, French, Japanese, Russian, German, Korean speakers and more are all welcome. As long as you can speak any language, you're welcome to come and share your experiences.
