一家老牌500强外企，德国巴斯夫，想找lab chemist. 有一两年工作经验，但应届生也ok, 薪水每月10k左右，有十三薪和年终奖。双休，基本不用加班，加班有加班费。有公司食堂。要求：英文好，专业能力强，具体要求请看下面的英文JD. (有兴趣的朋友们可以联系我，我会负责把简历推给部门老板）
Main Tasks:
• Responsibility for project-based research & development in collaboration with others
• Investigate, create and develop procedures and techniques for project advancement
• Maintain familiarity with current scientific literature and proactively contribute to the
progress of projects with new ideas and suggestions for improvements
• Performscientificresearchtasksefficiently,creatingtechnicalprotocolsandusing standard techniques, procedures and equipment
• Make detailed observations, effectively analyze data and interpret results
• Communicate your research findings through technical reports and presentations
• Operate and maintain lab equipment, such as automated reactors, analytical instruments etc.
• Perform general lab assignments, e.g. chemical inventory review, housekeeping
• Complywithregulationsconcerningsafety,healthandenvironment
• Closely cooperate and exchange with different departments and units
Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master degree in Polymer Chemistry, Organic Chemistry or related fields
• Experience with polymer synthesis and/or polymer functionalization and analytics
• Biochemistry knowledge would be a plus
• At least 2 years working experience in the chemical industry would be a plus
• Excellent oral English; good written English
• Solid fundamentals understanding and chemical laboratory skills
• Strong hands-on ability in chemical experiments
