去年申请UCD CS(nl)没问题，今年却被拒了。不知道这样Argue有没有卵用？

通常UCD的申请时间比TCD早一个月，10月1日就开始了。
2020年申请cs(nl)是11月6日，那时候第一批offer已经下来了，申请的比较晚。
提交之后不久就变成了“further review”状态，持续2 - 3周，最后是“no offer - capacity met”， 意思就是背景和能力达标，但是没有位置了。
后来接受了Data & Computational Science的offer，后来疫情😷和个人原因就没去，缴了押金defer了
2021年10月19日继续申请cs(nl)试试，这个时间点应该不算太晚。但是，尼玛，这次“futher review”状态2天之后直接“no offer”了，于是我想argue一下。
我背景：双非本科，计算机专业，学校不在ucd的list里面，gpa 85/100，各种小奖 小有分量，工作n年(1 < n < 5并且是自然数)。

I'm a 2022/2023 applicant named xxx with application number xxx. I applied for MSc Computer Science (Negotiated Learning) FT (T150) on19 Oct 2021 and my application status is now "No Offer". I applied for the same programme last year but my final application status was "No Offer - Capacity Met" because it was too late and there were no places left. I would like to know why I did not meet your requirements this year? Could you further review my application materials and consider offering me a place on the T150MSc Computer Science(Negotiated Learning)FT for 2022/2023.The content and structure of this programme stimulate my desire to study and I cannot wait another year to apply. I know my undergraduate school is not a prestigious school in China, but years of excellent work experience in the IT industry made my bachelor's degree no longer important. Please, I dream of my future studies at UCD!
