外资医疗器械公司招法务助理，老板极好，愿意带教。团队工作氛围也很好。
Work Location: Qiantan（前滩）, Pudong, Shanghai
Employment relationship: employed by law firm and seconded to Waters Shanghai
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
➡️Assisting Waters APAC/Greater China legal team members in various legal related matters
➡️Major Responsibility for legal matters registration, management and data analyses
➡️Following up on key legal initiatives, projects and major legal supports
➡️Organizing meetings, appointments, travels, conferences and other professional events
➡️Reviewing standard simple legal documents, basic contracts, NDAs, procurement agreements, etc.
➡️Participating in projects, coordinating with the project team and different functions
➡️Conducting legal researches and English & Chinese translations
➡️Preparing legal meeting minutes
➡️Participating in legal training initiatives, preparing legal training materials
REQUIREMENTS
➡️University degree (English major and law degree is much preferred)
➡️Good command of English (able to speak with U.S. colleagues)
➡️Multitasking ability
➡️Good time management and organizational skills
➡️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Precise, accurate personality and detail-oriented
Being a team player and 2 years working experience at foreign invested companies in China
PRC Bar qualification is optional
This is a full time job but well qualified candidate who could only work part time may be considered
