工作职责: 1. 及时、准确、有效地为客户解决来电,邮件所提出的问题; 2. 为客户分析并解决办公系统及各类办公软件、网络设备等在使用中出现的问题; 3. 准确提供IT支持数据、图表和报告。 任职要求: 1. 日语专业,本科及以上学历,一年以上工作经验; 2. 良好的日语 (日语二级以上) 及英语读写能力,口语优秀者优先; 3. 熟练使用各种办公软件,有Office2010使用经验者优先考虑; 4. 做事有条理,抗压能力强; 5. 良好的沟通技巧,工作态度和团队合作精神。 Key responsibilities: 1. Support and resolve incoming calls, mails and request thru Japanese for the end users. 2. Work through in multiple system for the supporting and analyzing the issue such as computer operation, Microsoft Office, Windows System, Wireless, LAN, etc. 3. Providing data, charts and reports to management for consistency and accuracy. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree and above, major in Japanese, 1 year above experience. 2. Good reading and writing Japanese (JLPT-2 above) and English, oral capability is an advantage. 3. Good understanding of Microsoft Office or other relevant tools, Office2010 experience is preferred. 4.
