  面积：150平方米 Area: 150sqm

  设计风格： Design Style: 风格一：简约现代，白色为主，同时带有有中国韵味； Style A: Simple, modern, white, Chinese element. 风格二：类似于当代的台湾或香港的中产阶级家居，将中国传统艺术与现代生活完美结合。 Style B: Similar to modern Taiwanese or HK home design, a perfect combination of Chinese traditional art and modern life.

  色调：白色，木色，棕色，局部点缀亮色 Color Tune: white, wood, brown, bright color as ornament

  设计深度：户型平面，隐蔽工程，家具设计，产品目录，施工图 Design Depth: floor plan, concealed work, furniture design, construction drawings, product list

  工程总造价：40-60万人民币 （包括硬装、家具和配饰） Overall budget: 400.000-600,000RMB (including hard outfit furnishing, furniture and decoration

  设计要求：基础建材、卫生间大而舒适、愉悦的用餐空间、整体家居、避免过度装饰，禁用无功能性装饰。 Design Requirement: basic building materials, large and comfortable bathroom, pleasant dining area, embedded furniture, avoiding excessive decoration, no non-functional decoration.

  竞赛排位： Competition Ranking: 头等奖一位：奖励5000元，其设计作品上产品线，并作为市场主推产品全面推广； 1st Prize: 5000RMB as award, design result will be used as product on market, and be promoted as the main product. 优秀奖一位：奖励3000元，设计作品上产品线； 2nd Prize: 3000 RMB as award, design result will be used as product on market. 参与奖两位：每位800元。 3rdPrize: 800RMB as award.

  评图团：王慧君（全程参与），Hans Dornseif（全程参与）, Christian Junge（只参与最终阶段）, 王翔宇（只参与最终阶段） Judges：Wang Hui Jun (full participation), Hans Dornseif (full participation), Christian Junge (Final stage), Wang Xiang Yu (Final stage)

  • 设计准备阶段，2013年11月25号-2013年11月30号，实地调研
  • Preparation: Nov 25th, 2013- Nov 30th, 2013, on site survey
  • 第一次评图：12月15号
  • First Judge: Dec15th, 2013
  • 第二次评图：12月22号
  • Second Judge: Dec22th, 2013
  • 第三次评图：12月29号
  • Third Judge: Dec29th, 2013
  • 最终评奖：2014年1月12号 ，提交资料包括平面图，三维表现图sketchup或者3DMax，主要灯具及家具配置方案(需注明厂家名称，产品型号以及价格），造价估算;
  • Final Judge: Jan 12th, 2014，participants should hand in floor plan, 3D perspective by Sketchup or 3D Max, main light, furniture ( production specification and quotation）
  • 最终交付成果（仅针对头等奖和优秀奖）：2014年1月20号，提交资料包括全套的施工图以及两张效果图，效果图费用由Hui Jun Design公司资助。

  Final Delivery ( first prize and second prize ): Jan 20th, 2014. Deliveries includes a whole set of construction documents, two renderings, rendering fee is financed by Hui Jun Design.

  第一次付款：最终评奖后支付50%的头等奖和优秀奖费用，以及100%的参与奖费用; 第二次付款：最终交付后支付50%的头等奖和优秀奖费用。 First Payment: 50% for the 1st prize and 2nd prize , and 100% for the 3rd prize, after the final Judge. Second Payment: The rest 50% for the 1st prize and 2nd prize after the final delivery.

  注明： 原则上投标方不应无理由退出竞赛，若投标方因为特殊原因无法继续参赛，或无法按时提交成果，投标方需向招标方出具书面说明。 Explanation: In principle party B should not quit the competition without a good reason. If party B can’t continue the competition or can’t deliver result on time, party B is required to issue a written explanation.
