转自丁宁小组http://www.douban.com/group/topic/47771432/ 主题：绘画中的“树”和（或）“石头” Tree and/or Stone in Painting 主办：北京大学艺术学院美术学系、德国柏林自由大学艺术史系 School of Arts PKU & Institute of Art History FUB 时间：2014年1月5-10日 Dates: January 5th -10th, 2014 【介绍】 作为画面组成的因素和（或）主题，“树”和（或）“石头”在各国、各时期的绘画中普遍存在着，可以看作是一种跨文化的绘画语言。树有多种，石也各不相同，它们出现在画面里，既有一般叙事、陈景、状物的自然描述功能，也可能与一些特别的生活态度、文化寓意或宗教含义有关，相对应于不同的文化解读规则和思想观念，还有一些可能本身具有独立的审美表现意义。另一方面，绘画中的树和（或）石头又有不同的描绘方法，有些对应于自然景物，有些则更倾向于情绪、观念和理想的呈现。不论东方或西方，不论古代或现代，树和（或）石头的丰富图像既是普遍的——甚至跨越时空和文明，又是特殊的——甚至相关于个人的私密性。其中所呈现出来的丰富技法和文化观念，给我们理解不同文明的异同与交流，启迪我们的智慧和艺术感受力，提供了丰富而有意味的独特角度。 As compositional elements and/or themes, trees and/or stones are ubiquitous in paintings in various countries and different periods, and can be regarded as a cross-cultural painting language. There are a variety of trees and stones which can function as a narration or depiction, probably relate to some specific life attitude, cultural allegory or religious connotation referring to various conventions of cultural interpretation and ideology, and some of them convey aesthetic significance as well. Meanwhile, trees and/or stones in painting correspond to different techniques of depiction. Some are for natural scenes and some for expression of emotion, idea and ideal. Their rich images, both in East or West and in ancient or modern time, can be universally significant as to surpass different Temporal-space relationship and civilizations, and also specific as to focus on personal privacy.
