全称：中国社会工作协会儿童社会救助工作委员会 宗旨：给孩子家，健康和希望 机构信息： 中国社会工作协会儿童社会救助工作委员会（简称儿助会）是2003年10月经民政部批准成立的，由全国各大儿童福利机构及从事困境儿童救助的单位和关心支持困境儿童权益维护的集体和个人自愿参加的全国性非营利社会团体。 儿童社会救助工作委员会本着“给孩子家、健康和希望”的宗旨，贯彻国家儿童福利事业的方针、政策和法规，运用专业的理论和方法，发挥组织协调作用，帮助孤残儿童克服生活障碍和困难，推进儿童社会工作专业化和社会福利社会化，倡导儿童救助事业先进理念，为儿童救助事业服务，为促进和谐社会的发展作贡献。 我们的任务包括： （一）为身处各种困境的儿童提供医疗救助、家庭寄养和助养、就学资助和职业培训、心理健康教育、物资援助等服务，致力于改善孤残、贫困儿童的健康状况和生活条件，帮助他们自立自强，走出困境。 （二）为儿童福利机构提供专业服务。在各地儿童福利机构开展广泛的经验交流、组织深入的课题调研、反映儿童福利事业机构工作人员的意见和要求并维护其权益，提供所需的援助服务和培训指导，推动儿童福利机构的发展和进步。 （三）整合社会资源，广泛筹集资金和物资，接受社会各界的救助捐赠，推动志愿者队伍的组建，建立儿童救助公益平台，与港澳台及国外友好团体组织共同开展合作交流。 （四）组织开展孤残儿童的国内收养工作，为孤儿能够重新获得家庭和父母的关爱提供帮助。 （五）进行有关儿童救助事业的调查研究，为政府机关提供决策的参考依据。 （六）接受政府委托，开展有关儿童救助事业的相关工作。 China Association of Social Work Child Welfare League of China Child Welfare League of China (CWLC) is a division of China Association of Social Work, formally known as Committee of Assisting Orphans and Handicapped Children of China Association of Social Work, was registered in the Ministry of Civil Affairs in October 2003. It a non-profit social group which is made up of one of the largest network of needy children and children welfare homes and connecting them with organizations and individuals that care and support needy children’s welfare. According to committee’s principle of “Giving Home, Health and Home” to the needy children, the committee executes strategies, policies, laws and regulations related to the welfare of needy and vulnerable children. The committee also organizes and coordinates professional theories and methods to help these children to overcome problems and difficulties in live. In addition, the committee helps improves formal practices of children social work and socialization of social welfare and also to help implant the idea of children’s welfare and continue to contribute the children welfare services industry. The tasks of the committee include: 1. Providing medical aid program, foster care program, education aid program (including professional training and psychological education), donations in kind and sponsorship programs for the children in need to improve their health and living conditions 2. Providing professional services for the children welfare institution whereby the committee is responsible for providing professional communication, research support to the children welfare institutions and provide feedback on the needs of the welfare institution staff. The committee provides necessary service and training and guidance to promote the development of the children welfare institutions. 3. Integrate social resources for child welfare, receiving relief and donation from all aspects of the society, promoting volunteer service, raising funds on the internet, assisting and cooperating with organizations from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan region and other countries to help Chinese vulnerable children. 4. Promote domestic adoption to help the orphans to find a home and parent’s love. 5. Conduct survey and research on children's welfare to provide reference data to public and government. 6.
