这个句型可以用在作文里写意义时，表示承上启下。 frame有很多意思： 1.框架、架构、各种框（眼镜框、画框） 2.画面 例句：Standard 8mm projects at 16 frames per second. 标准的8毫米电影每秒放映16帧画面。 3.给...配框 例句：The picture is now ready to be mounted and framed. 这幅画现在可以装裱、配框了。 4.环绕 例句： The swimming pool is framed by tropical gardens. 游泳池四周环绕着热带花园。 5.诬陷 例句：I need to find out who tried to frame me. 我需要查出谁试图诬陷我。 6.身躯 例句：Their belts are pulled tight against their regions. small regions of isolated volcanic activity: 最近见很多这种...of...of...of的句子，这个of还算很少的，感觉一般有of的句子进行翻译的时候，...of...of...的部分从后面往前翻译。比如说这里翻译成“互不相连的发生火山运动的小地区”。 Day3: 1997 passage1 今天来一句简单句，不过还是有妙处的 The full import may take a while to sink in. 翻译：这件事的全部意义要过一阵子才能被人了解。 可以借鉴的内容： import,除了进口，还有重要性的意思、意义的意思，在写作文中可以用来替代老土的meaning,importance显得洋气一些,用法可以参照importance。比如，of little import就是没有重要性的意思。 sink in,被完全理解、被领会。用sink in造句：The implication took a while to sink in.（这一暗示过了一会才被领会） Day 2: 1996 passage3 The change met the technical requirements of the new age by engaging a large professional element and prevented the decline in efficiency that so commonly spoiled the fortunes of family firms in the second and third generation after energetic founders. 楼主不研究语法也说不上来语法，就直接这么分析，然后直接用。感觉句子就是主体部分在七加八加各种修饰出来的。 Day 1:1998 passage2 There is,as Robert Rubin,the treasury secretary says,a "disjunction" between the mass of business anecdote that points to a leap in productivity and the picture reflected by the statistics. 正如美国财政部长罗伯特·鲁宾所说的，在反映生产力骤增的大量商业神话和统计数据反映的情况之间存在“脱节现象” anecdote:轶事，趣闻。结合上下文，business anecdote翻译成“商业神话”更为合适。 leap ：跳跃，也有剧增的意思。
