凤凰珍珠煎四宝
Ingredients 配料
100 g Glutinous rice 100克 糯米
3 pc BBQ pork 3片 叉烧
3 pc Chicken breast 3片 鸡胸
3 pc Shiitake mushroom3片 冬菇
1 Egg 1只 鸡蛋
1 Lotus leaf 1张 荷叶
5 g Soy sauce 5克 生抽
10 g Sauce 10克 酱汁
10 g Oil 10克 色拉油
1 g Chicken powder 1克 鸡粉
6 pc Mint leaves 6片 薄荷叶
Method
1. Rinse the glutinous rice, soak in water for several hours. Wrap them in a lotus leaf, and then steam.
2. Roll up the rice, salted duck egg yolk, BBQ pork slices, mushroom slices, and marinated chicken breast slices. Fry the mint leaves to crispy.
3. Brush the rice roll with egg yolk, and fry until golden. Cut into chunks and arrange in plates. Garnish with mint leaves.
烹调步骤
1. 洗净糯米,浸泡数小时,与荷叶蒸。
2. 用保鲜膜卷糯米,熟咸蛋黄、叉烧片、冬菇片、浆好的鸡片一起蒸。将薄荷叶炸脆。
3. 涂上蛋液煎金黄。改刀,装盆。放上炸好的薄荷叶。
