"Mejillones A La Marinera" Mussels Marinera
西红花淡菜
Ingredients 配料
1000 g Mussels 1000克 淡菜
1 White onion (chopped) 1只 白洋葱(切碎)
3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil 3汤匙 特级初榨橄榄油
1 clove Garlic (chopped) 1颗 大蒜(切末)
60 g White wine 60克 白葡萄酒
1 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped) 1汤匙 荷兰芹(切末)
½ Bay leave 半片 月桂叶
½ tsp Saffron 半茶匙 西红花
2 Fresh tomatoes (grinded) 2只 番茄(切末)
Method
1. Clean the mussels well.
2. In a casserole, heat olive oil, add bay leave, onion, garlic and saffron and cook slowly for about 20 minutes.
3. Add the grinded tomato and cook for 10 more minutes, add the chopped parsley. And white wine.
4. Bring it to a bowl and add the mussels, cover and let it cook for a couple or 3 minutes till they open. Ready to serve.
烹调步骤
1. 先将淡菜洗净。
2. 在一口炖锅中加热橄榄油,放入月桂叶、洋葱、大蒜及西红花,用小火慢炒20分钟。
3. 加入番茄末烧10分钟,再加入荷兰芹末、白葡萄酒。
4. 烧开后,加入淡菜,盖上锅盖后烧3分钟直至淡菜张口后即可。
