STP- Materials
Objectives:
Evaluate personal strength, investigate the fit job and growing industries, set up short term and long term plans to realize personal value in a 10 year range.
1. Personal strength: CDC personality test, two reports, think deep about personal value and principles. Why I fit for such job in such industry. ( here or later??)
2. Job description: through search and synthesize by myself, and talk to other person
3. Industries: through vault career, which is fit for my background, and my personal value, earns much, and good for China too
4.Short term choices: class selection, certain skills that are needed to develop by day-to-day habits, some milestones, also list a range of possibilities,
4. Long term goals: what title, wealth, family, personal happiness, and maybe a little for the next 10 years.
