为了让大家更加了解音语舞,我们请爱娃回答了一些学员关心的问题,爱娃老师认真作答如下:
1.音语舞背后的含义,音语舞在华德福三元和四元理论中的位置
Behind Eurythmy is the creative World- Word that includes bouth the sung and spoken Word (It is described f.ex in the prologue of the Gospel of Johannes.) it includes the Zodiac and the Planets.
Mostly when you teach Eur. you use bouth the 3.fold and the 4-fold system.
I will come back to that later in the answers of the questions.

2. 音语舞和教育的关系
Today science schows that movement in common, is very important for the development of the growing child and the development of the brain.
With Eur. we are directly working with the forces that creates us as humans.
当今的科学已经显示,普遍意义上的运动对儿童的成长和大脑的发展都非常重要。音语舞是直接与塑造人类的力量一起工作的。
3. 音语舞在教育中的应用,包括应用领域和方法
R. Steiner gives advices to the theachers in the first W. school;
In preschooleur.you do more elementary Eur. once a week( I told about elementary eur. in a former email).
In class one to four you have Eur. once a week.
From 5th to 12th class you have lesson twice a week.
(As Eur. is a subject of the will it is in our today culture sometimes difficult for the children to concentrate as much as needed in it,
therefore I have the impression maybe this way of teaching needs to be changed, into maybe doing eur. more frequent and not to long at one time.)
Eur. is , as said, a subject of the will, so it needs practice, that knowing becomes ability.
Actually eur. supports the other subjects, the students can learn to be more alive in what they do in common, eur. integrates the Soul with the Body in an artistic way.
The Soul expresses itself, not as ego but through the etheric laws, f.ex. a music piece can be full of beautiful emotions but it is ruled by the music laws to express itself.
Not only what you do but also how you do it.
史坦纳给第一所华德福学校的建议是,在学前阶段每周一次元素音语舞(我在以前邮件中讲过);从一年级到四年级每周一次音语舞课;五年级到十二年级每周两次音语舞(由于音语舞是受意志影响的,而在我们当今的社会文化中,有些时候让孩子集中足够的意志力是很困难的,因此,我感觉这样的教学方式可能需要改变,比如增加上音语舞课的频率,同时缩短每次上课的时间。)既然音语舞是受意志影响的,因此就需要很多的练习,从而将知识转化为能力。实际上,音语舞会支持其他科目的学习。学生们可以学会在做各种事情的时候变得更加活跃。音语舞以艺术的方式将灵魂和身体结合在一起。灵魂不是作为自我在表达,而是通过以太的法则表达灵魂本身。就好比一段音乐,它可以充满美丽的情感,但它始终是在音乐的法则统领之下表达它自己。这不仅仅是你在做什么,也包括你如何做。
4.音语舞的疗愈作用
Curative Eur. helps where the healthy balance in the human being are disturbed.
The curative Eurythmist needs a diagnosis from a doctor and then there are different sounds and the combination of them that helps the patient.
In school you mostly use hygienic eur. when the children have different learning problems-
As movement it grasps your will and gives it a certain direction into the movement through a special atmosphere and or a certain attention.
It can reach the child in a deep way, integrating not only what you do but also how.
Of course Taiji , dance, playing , sports, gymnastics and other kinds of movement are also very good for the children to do but eur. integrates the whole human being in a consious way( as answer also to the 3- and4-fold question)
It is Art, Soul, that are expressed through the laws of the etheric through thinking, that comes alive and are felt and lived in the movement.
治疗性音语舞是在人的健康平衡被干扰时起到帮助作用。音语舞治疗师需要根据医生的诊断,针对不同的情况,用不同的声音或声音组合来帮助患者。
在学校中,更多运用的是保健音语舞来帮助有各种学习障碍的孩子。因为动作可以抓住人的意志,并通过某种特殊的气场和特定的关注经由动作给意志带来方向,它将“做”与“如何做”结合在一起。通过这个方式可以很深入地与孩子接触。
当然,舞蹈,自由玩耍,体操,以及其他形式的运动都对孩子很好,但是音语舞是带着意识来整合了人的整体。它是艺术和灵魂通过以太的法则,经由思考的表达。使艺术和灵魂在动作中被活化并被充分感受到,从而更加鲜活。

The speecheur, follows the laws of the spoken word as you have it f.ex. in poems and fairytale.
The grammar, the relations, where you stand; are you the one in the poem that sees everything or are you the wind or the water... total different expression, grammar; verb is different movement than a substantive
In music you express the piece through the laws of music, just as a musician.
Tones intervals a.s.o. F.ex a Beethoven-piece is always the same piece but it can be played in different ways= the interpretation.
语言的音语舞遵循的是说出的话语的法则,比如诗歌或童话故事等,包括其中的语法,关系,还有你的站位。你在这首诗中,是那个纵览全貌的人,还是风,或者水…...会采用完全不同的表达方式,动词的动作与名词的动作也不同。而在音乐的音语舞中,是需要通过音乐的法则来表达一首乐曲,就象一位音乐家一样。比如同样是贝多芬的曲子,不同的人会有不同的诠释。
6.有的老师说音语舞类似中国的太极拳,是通过身体进行的一种精神表达。作为专业音语舞者,爱娃如何看待这个问题。
Taiji, as far as I know it ( I am not very familiar with it but very interested) is a movement that are very much working with the living streaming etheric forces and makes you healthy and balances and strengthen your life forces and your body.
Eurythmy uses the same "ground" but goes further; Eur. is the expression of the I in the Astralic Body=The Soul, it is the Soul that expresses itself in and through the Body.
关于太极,我没有很多的了解,但是很感兴趣。以我现有的理解,太极的运动是与流动的以太力量密切工作的,从而使人健康,平衡,获得强健的生命力和身体。音语舞和太极是从同样的基础出发,但是走得更远。音语舞是“自我”经由星芒体的表达,即灵魂,它是灵魂透过身体的表达。
7.音语舞还有哪些分类,和孩子工作的时候需要注意哪些特点。和不同的孩子可以做哪些音语舞活动?
It is difficoult to answer this question as you do not really know this eur, yet but,...;
In curative and hygienic eur. it is different for different children.
If you want to reach one special problem with one special child hygienic eur. can also be used and some practicies can be done with the whole class.
Eurythmy is Mindfullness in movement, just as Taiji, but it integrates the expression of the I and the Soul into it.
So the fysical body can more and more be a servant of yout I through the attention and life it gives to the astral and etheric body
And the movements and athmosphere are corresponding with the higher laws of the astralic and etheric forces.
