爱是恒久忍耐、又有恩慈．爱是不嫉妒．爱是不自夸．不张狂．
不作害羞的事．不求自己的益处．不轻易发怒．不计算人的恶．
不喜欢不义．只喜欢真理．
凡事包容．凡事相信．凡事盼望．凡事忍耐。
爱是永不止息。（“和合本”）
爱是含忍的，爱是慈祥的，爱不嫉妒，不夸张，不自大，
不作无礼的事， 不求己益，不动怒，不图谋恶事，
不以不义为乐，却与真理同乐：
凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐。
爱永存不朽（“思高本”）
爱、是恒久忍耐，满有慈惠；爱、不妒忌；爱、不夸张，不自吹自大，
不作（不）合礼的事，不迳求自己的。不轻易激怒，不计算人的恶，
不喜欢不义，只赞许真实；
凡事忍受（或译∶包容），凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事坚忍。
爱、永不废堕（或译∶消失）（“吕振中本”）
爱是坚忍的，仁慈的；有爱就不嫉妒，不自夸，不骄傲，
不做卤莽的事，不自私，不轻易动怒，不记住别人的过错，
不喜欢不义，只喜爱真理。

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

Die Liebe ist langmütig und freundlich, die Liebe eifert nicht, die Liebe treibt nicht Mutwillen, sie blähet sich nicht,
sie stellet sich nicht ungebärdig, sie suchet nicht das Ihre, sie läßt sich nicht erbittern, sie rechnet das Böse nicht zu,
sie freut sich nicht der Ungerechtigkeit, sie freut sich aber der Wahrheit;
sie verträgt alles, sie glaubet alles, sie hoffet alles, sie duldet alles.
Die Liebe höret nimmer auf（“Elberfelder Bibel”）
La charité est patiente, elle est pleine de bonté; la charité n`est point envieuse; la charité ne se vante point, elle ne s`enfle point d`orgueil,
elle ne fait rien de malhonnête, elle ne cherche point son intérêt, elle ne s`irrite point, elle ne soupçonne point le mal,
elle ne se réjouit point de l`injustice, mais elle se réjouit de la vérité;
elle excuse tout, elle croit tout, elle espère tout, elle supporte tout.

愛は忍耐強い。愛は情け深い。ねたまない。愛は自慢せず、高ぶらない。
礼を失せず、自分の利益を求めず、いらだたず、恨みを抱かない。
不義を喜ばず、真実を喜ぶ。
すべてを忍び、すべてを信じ、すべてを望み、すべてに耐える。
愛は決して滅びない。（“聖書”せいしょ）
