虽然迟了但还是大家敌基督节快乐！微博上Iris_Grace艾特给我的盖曼先生的圣诞超短篇，瞎胡闹翻译了一下，好多地方无从下手还是看原文吧……（看完这个快不快乐不关我事）

生命的长度超衍过原罪，面须似雪不可能被漂得更白一些。他渴求着死亡。
北极冰窟里的那些侏儒土著虽与他言语不通，但在工闲时刻便用自己唧唧喳喳的腔调试图交谈，安排着那些无法理喻的庆典。
每年一度他们都强迫他，呜咽着抗拒着，投入漫漫长夜之中。他将伫立于世间每个幼童的床畔，为其留下侏儒们那些毫不显眼的礼物中的一件。那些孩子沉寐于梦境，冻结于时间。
他嫉妒着普罗米修斯和洛基，西绪福斯和犹大。他背负的惩戒更为残酷。

Older than sin, and his beard could grow no whiter. He wanted to die.
The dwarfish natives of the Arctic caverns did not speak his language, but conversed in their own, twittering tongue, conducted incomprehencible rituals, when they were not actually working the factories.
Once every year they forced him, sobbing and protesting, into the Endless Night. During the journey he would stand near every child in the world, leave one of the dwarves' invisible gifts by its bedside. The children slept, frozen into time.
He envied Prometheus and Loki, Sisyphus and Judas. His punishment was harsher.
Ho.
