(还是英文口评好，比较简洁，来来去去就是那么些词，换成中文的话不小心就是一长篇绮丽无比的软文。)
把各酒厂的特点还是简略地说下，以加深印象，所以跟前文有重复之处。
产品目录按个人喜好所列，有些并非亚洲市场专供。
瓶装商出品系列多选 Signatory。因为喜欢Signatory的瓶子，很像大号香水瓶。

斯佩塞产区特点：light & sweet
Glenlivet （格兰利威）：
建立了世界Scotch的标准.低温硬水酿造。东家是Pernod Ricard。

这款作为入门级，与 Glenfiddich 12YO比较，价格较低。
Tasting Note
The nose is full and rich. There is a sweet creamy vanilla with warm pastries and toffee, fudge notes and aniseed. A strong toasty cereal notes emerges with a touch of oak. The palate is quite thick and warm. There is a thick aniseed note with dried peels and fudge. The finish is long and warming.
                
                
The Glenlivet 15 Year Old French Oak Reserve(70cl, 40%) £32.42
matured in French Limousin Oak casks
Tasting Note
The nose is rich and oaked. There are notes of chewy resinous wood with a well-balanced acidity. Fudge and Madeira with apple crumble with calvados. The palate is full and rich with winter spice; cinnamon and cloves, thick oak with developing aridity. The finish is long and dry with a peppery note.
                
                
The Glenlivet 18 Year Old(70cl, 43%) £38.56
a classic Speyside dram, it also won two golds at the International Wine and Spirit Competition
Tasting Note
The nose is quite big and well-rounded. There are notes of chewy sultanas and sherried peels, barley sugars and toasty cereals with petals and apple blossom. A touch of fudge and gentle wisps of smoke. The palate is full and rich with notes of chewy, tannic oak. Manuka honey and walnut with Cox’s apples and orange peels. Cut herbs; fennel and spearmint. The finish is long and dry with a spicy oak note
                
                
Glenfiddich（格兰菲迪）：
苏格兰第一大产量的原酒蒸馏厂
Glenfiddich 盖尔语:鹿之溪谷,所以格兰菲迪标签上是只鹿。
（这只鹿跟野格 也叫圣鹿力娇的label里那只挺像的，不过野格鹿角中央有个十字架哦）
东家：格兰父子，Balvenie（百富）亦是旗下品牌

Tasting Note
Nose: Grain. Slightly floral, mineralic. Spirity, orchard fruit, malty, honey. Citrus develops.
Palate: Light, floral, spices. Very smooth.
Finish: Sweet, touch of oak and general fruit, oily.
Overall: Stereotypical Speyside. Consistent - a good benchmark.
                
                
Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Solera Reserve(70cl, 40%) £32.09
这款15YO国内酒客口评佳于Glenlivet 15 YO，也远超同牌的12YO。算推荐款。是因为喜欢它的Solera调配法么？
matured in American bourbon, Portuguese sherry and virgin oak. The whisky was then married in a Solera vat.
除了用一般的西班芽雪莉桶,美国波本桶,它还用了约10%全新橡木桶来增加它的香草味和太妃糖的味道,并且用了一般雪莉酒所采取的Solera调配法,来作为这只威士忌的混调法.
所谓的Solera混调法就像是陈年的卤肉汁一样,旧的肉汁一定不可以用完,新的肉汁会加进去和旧的肉汁一起炖卤,才能保持它最稳定的味道.所以Glenfiddich 15yo先把雪莉桶,波本桶,新木桶的酒加到一个超大型的木槽之中混合在一起,放个几个月,这个动作叫marriage,之后再拿来装瓶,但是就像卤肉汁一样,不可以全部都拿来装,一次先装一半,再装新的酒进来,再拿一半来装瓶,以此类推,
Tasting Note
Nose: Sherry, citrus - orange in particular, dry wood. Slight suggestion of smoke?
Palate: Medium, sherry, raisins. Fruitcake, spices, sweetness.
Finish: Candied fruits, raisins, spices, Christmas pudding, oak takes over.
                
                
Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Distillery Edition(70cl, 51%) £40.55
这款的卖点是未经冷过滤 non chill filtered
Tasting Note
Nose: Fresh flowers and blossom. Summery and crisp with a peppery edge. Hints of custard and almond.
Palate: Malt, very creamy with more of those blossom notes. Now it's all rather spicy with hints of dark, rich fruit, black pepper and cinnamon. Good sherry character too.
Finish:Good sweetness, long and lush.
                
                
Glenfiddich 18 Year Old Ancient Reserve(70cl, 40%) £38.86
matured in a mix of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks.
Tasting Note
Nose: Loads of fruit. Zesty grapefruit, apples. Dry wood.
Palate: Candied fruits, spicy, toffee, ginger, sherry, syrupy.
Finish: Peels, spices, sherry, sweet ginger, touch of salted toffee.
Overall: More interesting, one-dimensioned, but a very enjoyable dimension it is.
                
                
Balvenie（百富）：
Balvenie与Glenfiddich作为姐妹牌,后者大众些，百富走的是个性精品线。（包装也更精美些）
Balvenie有部份的大麦是自己的土地种植，有自己的人工地板发麦系统，有专属桶匠和专属铜匠,

Aged in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in sherry casks
Tasting Note
Nose: Gristy, supple nuttiness, grapey
Palate: Sweet with good body. The bourbon characters develop; gentle spice with a little vanilla, a balancing peat lurking quietly in the substrata.
Finish: Dry, spicy, beautifully warming.

Tasting Note
Nose: Delicate sweetness one expects from Balvenie. Honey and dried mixed peel.
Palate: Husky sweetness. Barley lies on a bed of juicy ripe fruit.
Finish: Climaxes with barley and bourbon spiciness peaking most spectacularly.

这就是著名的六大Classic Single Malt Whisky 之一了。
Tasting Note
Nose: Aromatic, floral. Heather, fruit salad, creamy texture. Smoked almonds, stemmy hay.
Palate: Rich, honey, stone fruits, chestnuts, walnuts, almonds. Berries.
Finish: Smoky, good length, delicate peppery spice.
                
                
Cragganmore 14 Year Old 1997 - Un-Chillfiltered (Signatory)(70cl, 46%) £32.95
这款未经冷过滤，限量767瓶。
in two hogsheads before bottling by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered collection ，outturn of 767 bottles.
                
                
Glenfarclas
拥有全斯佩塞区(Speyside)最大型的铜制直火型蒸馏器(直接加热而非蒸气加热),，只用西班牙雪莉桶来进行陈年,有Oloroso和Fino Sherry两种不同的木桶,拥有自然的涌泉,2006年被苏格兰选为最好的蒸馏厂之一。
不得不说，做这个目录时，对Glenfarclas充满了好感。没有太多跟瓶装商合作的华丽产品，名称上也不搞花哨，就简单标明年份，只用雪莉桶陈酿，性价比极高。家族经营，没有商业巨头介入的产品就是简单朴素，喜欢！！！就是不知道正常的销售渠道能不能买到！

Tasting Note
Nose: Lots of sherry, juicy. Honey, touch of toffee, creamy. Malty, barley.
Palate: Winter spice. Fruitcake, toffee, hint of smoke.
Finish: Long, spicy, fruity, oak.
                
                
Glenfarclas 12 Year Old(70cl, 43%) £34.45
In 2006, it was named the "Best Sherried Whisky" in the Single Malt World Cup
In 2007 and 2008 it won Gold at the Stockholm Beer and Whisky Festival.
Tasting Note
Nose: Light and creamy with a mix of supple, soft sherry and Manuka honey. Gentle and well-balanced, there are hints of smoke, rich oak, and a little pine resin.
Palate: Medium-bodied, with notes of date and walnut cake, Oloroso sherry and hints of earthy forest floor. A beautiful note of malt, with toffee apple and a touch of smoke.
Finish: Spicy and long, notes of allspice, cinnamon and cloves, with orange zest and sherry.
                
                
Glenfarclas 15 Year Old(70cl, 46%) £40.34
matured in sherry wood, a superb malt which earned 95 points from Jim Murray. A lot of the whisky in this is clearly much older than 15 years.
                
                
Glenfarclas 21 Year Old(70cl, 43%) £60.15
Tasting Note
Nose: Apple, orange, less sherry than the 15yo. Peppermint again?!
Palate: Incredibly smooth. Barley-rich, just a textbook smoothness and rounded character that leaves you gasping for another sip…
Finish: Long, barley-rich, awesomely smooth, very little oak influence.
Overall: Very, very pleasant. Could teach Roger Moore a thing or two about smoothness
                
                
Longmorn （朗摩）： 二东家是芝华士集团，大东家是保乐利加(Pernod Ricard)。与Glenlivet格兰利威同属一家。
朗摩号称是行家的选择，master blender（首席调酒师）的必备精品。
朗摩1994以前一直用的是直火型蒸馏器（Glenfarclas就是以此著名的）。但现在也改用蒸汽式了。
以15YO为例，2008年以前的产品是就是用旧法酿造，应该是老饕们收藏的爱宠吧。
朗摩原厂装瓶的产品市面流通很少，多是些跟装瓶厂合作的系列。

这款就是原厂瓶装。原厂瓶装的朗摩一般度数都比较高
Tasting Note
The nose is fresh and green. Notes of apple peel and bramley apple, hints of citrus and herbal notes. There are some notes of balsa wood, calvados and plenty of dry oaken tannins. The palate is rich and compact. Notes of lemon zest and a leafy greenness. A good level of tannins develops with a vinous character and spice. The oak is dry ad full. The finish is long and dry with a zesty quality
                
                
Longmorn 18 Year Old 1992 Cask 53810 - Cask Strength Collection (Signatory) (70cl, 59.60%) £63.27
限量271 瓶，single cask,桶号：53810.度数也很高。1992酿造，2010年由Signatory装瓶。
                
                
Macallan（麦卡伦）：东家是 Edrington Group爱丁顿集团，日本的三得利Suntory拥有 Macallan 麦卡伦 30%的股份。可能是这个原因，麦卡伦是亚洲市场最常见，最畅销的单麦品牌了。
麦卡伦自从背弃了100%雪莉桶陈年的传统后，市场风评大不如前。

这款买过，国内超商的价格是两倍多啊，真坑爹！好在是sherry oak 版的，不是后出的fine oak。
Tasting Note
The nose is quite crisp and sweet. There are notes of sultanas and fresh apple blossom. There is a defined floral note with a beautiful sherry, calvados emerges with a tropical fruit note and golden syrup. The palate is of medium-body and quite firm. There are notes of hot pastries and marmalade, sultanas and peels with a developing sweetness from the barley sugar. The finish is of good length with a solid oaked note
                
                
The Macallan 15 Year Old Fine Oak(70cl, 43%) £43.81
麦卡伦 Fine Oak的概念市场上不太成功啊，售价却不低。

Tasting Note
The nose is quite subtle and of medium-body. There are notes of rich, lush stone fruits and Bramley apple, a hint of peel and some Calvados notes. There are some dry wood notes with a definite mustiness. The palate is quite full and round with plenty of bourbon notes. The winter spices and vanilla crème abound with a chewy oak underlying. A little dark chocolate appears. The finish is of medium-length with dry oak

Tasting Note
The nose is punchy and of medium-body. There are notes of dry oak and wood shavings, hints of crème de cacao, crème anglaise and marmalade. There are notes of apple blossom and cut flowers. The palate is quite sweet and rich. There are notes of winter spice and Demerara, hints of rum and sherried sultanas, vanilla emegres with cooked appls and cut rosy apples. There are notes of mixed peels. The finish is of medium-length with a solid oak
