咖啡学习笔记 4 闻香瓶

                
                
                
                
感谢上帝赐我嗅觉。打开每一个小瓶子，闻遍这36种不同的香味。
咖啡竟然可以有这么多种风马牛不相及的香味。不过据说红酒有72种。。
有点开始理解咖啡发烧友了，这还真是门学问。
36 Aromas in coffee
Earthy：都比较容易闻出来
1 Earth 泥土味
2 Potato 有点像薯片的味道
3 Garden peas 豌豆味
4 Cucumber 黄瓜味
Dry/Vegetable：比较容易闻出来，除了丁香味
5 straw 稻草香
6 cedar 木头味
7 Clove-like 丁香
8 Pepper 胡椒
9 Coriander seeds 香菜
10 Vanilla 香草
Floral：不太容易辨识出这些香味 大概都没见过这些东西吧 更别说闻过啦
11 Tea-rose/Redcurrant jelly 香水月季/红醋栗
12 Coffee blossom 咖啡花
Fruity
13 Coffee pulp 咖啡果浆 没见过呀。。。
14 Blackcurrant-like 黑醋栗 没见过呀。。。
15 Lemon 柠檬，这个味道最容易闻出来啦
16 Apricot 杏子，比较容易闻出来
17 Apple 苹果，这个也很容易
Animal 都很容易闻出来
18 Butter 黄油
19 Honeyed 蜂蜜
20 Leather 皮革
Toasty： 23、24、27、28、30很难辨识，其他还行
21 Basmati rice 印度香米
22 Toast 土司
23 Malt 麦芽
24 Maple syrup 枫叶糖浆
25 Caramel 焦糖
26 Dark chocolate 黑巧克力
27 Rosted almonds 烤杏仁
28 Roasted peanuts 烤花生
29 Roasted hazelnuts 烤榛子
30 Walnuts 胡桃
31 Cooked beef 煎牛排 这个真好笑 但是真的是这个味儿！
32 Smoke 烟熏味
33 Pipe tobacco 烟味
34 Roasted coffee 烘焙咖啡味
Chemical
35 Medicinal 药水味 怎么也闻不太出药水味。。。
36 Rubber 橡胶味 很明显
