It is very interesting/surprised to learn the impact of German immigrants in 19 century. Hot dog, burger, kindergarten, outdoor music events, etc.

It is inspiring to learn that how geographic factors and history form the characteristics of different races. Different culture grew and affected its people.
The Jews and Chinese, after years of being suppressed, still achieved success, while the blacks stay suffering.
It is interesting that the difference/conflicts between different generations/regions among the
immigrants of the same race can be so huge. Say, immigrants from the Northern and Southern of Italy.
