It was the coldest winter ever. Many animals died because of the cold.
The hedgehogs, realizing the situation, decided to group together to keep warm. This way they covered and protected themselves; but the quills of each one wounded their closest companions.
After awhile, they decided to distance themselves one from the other and they began to die, alone and frozen. So they had to make a choice: either accept the quills of their companions or disappear from the Earth.
Wisely, they decided to go back to being together. They learned to live with the little wounds caused by the close relationship with their companions in order to receive the heat that came from the others. This way they were able to survive.
The best relationship is not the one that brings together perfect people, but when each individual learns to live with the imperfections of others and can admire the other person’s good qualities.
在一个非常寒冷的冬季，很多动物都因为无法抵御寒冷而死去。
刺猬意识到了这一情况，于是决定聚在一起来相互取暖。他们紧挨着睡在一起来保护自己，但是他们身上的刺却扎伤了身旁的同伴。
过了一段时间，他们决定各自分开，之后他们开始一个个孤独的冷死掉。最后他们不得不做出抉择：要么接受同伴身上的刺，要么从地球上消失。
明智的是，他们决定回去聚在一起。他们慢慢学会忍受被同伴同伴身上的刺所扎伤的疼痛，从而得到了温暖。通过这种方式他们才能够生存下来。
一个完美的团队并不只是聚集着完美的人，而是每一个个体都学着接受他人的缺点并懂得欣赏他人的优点
