Two points
The first point : if we sit by a computer , that mean we are sit in the center of the world , because we can use this computer to learn ,to communicate with the hole world .
The second point : build confident by some little success thing , for example ,if we scare the snake before , then we can close it slowly , for one day ,we can found that the snake is not so awful , but nice . so according to this , if we want to build up our confident , we can start from some little success thing .
now my first challenge is to give up smoking form tonight .
second challenge is to learn English every night between 8' clock to 10' clock.
third thing to challenge is keeping up to learn Java language when working.
that's all now , insist on it for a month.
