Thank you for your order by fax. Further to your request for warehousing over the next eighteen months, I'd like to mention that I can also offer you a 10% dicount for bookings of a two-year period.
You enquire about availability at the W1 site and three lots are currently available.
However, please note that it offers two space at 50 which are more expensive. Besides, there is limited parking for five at most and the access is poor.
As an attractive alternative, you might wish to consider a new premises called Circular Storage(about 30-min drive form Brown and Burr). It has the following features:
- all spaces available from 25-100
- easy access for lorries and adequate parking for parking with its just-off-motorway location
- Brand new facility
- excellent security with CCTV and security firm checking once a night.
Please consider this possibility and note the discount will still apply. A visit to this premises can be arranged, although I would suggest a prompt decision on the second option.
