主谓搭配
中文是以主语展开的语言
英语是 谓语
主谓搭配涉及的是 平衡 和 不平衡 的问题。
原始主语：中文句子中原始的主语
中国的海洋资源十分丰富。
中文是不平衡语言，要强调什么，什么就会长点
China's marine resources are very rich.
这里主语太长了。
主谓搭配又称为 换主语
取原始主语中的一部分，作为新的主语
China is rich in marine resources. 平衡
汉译英换主语三种方法：
1）主语过长且句子中又出现了偏正短语，取偏做主语，例句中为“中国的”
英译汉时，主语过长，单独成句
Petrol has a low boiling point.
汽油的沸点低。
合营企业的形式为有限责任公司。
原始主语：合营企业的形式
谓语：为
宾语：有限责任公司
合营企业 an equity joint venture
有限责任公司 a limited liability company
合营者的注册资本如果转让必须经过各方同意。
原始主语：合营者的注册资本
条件：如果转让
结果：必须经过各方同意
取偏：合营者
如果合营者要转让其注册资本，那么这件事必须得到合营各方的同意。
If any of the joint venture wishes to assign its registered capital, it must obtain the consent of the other party to the venture.
合营企业所需要的原材料、燃料、配套件等，应尽先在中国购买，也可由合营企业自筹外汇，直接在国际市场上购买。

还可以表示担任、指认，是 即将担任，因为是假设

这里也有“由”，表示被动

总结上面两句，主语似乎容易找到，但实际还需要仔细研究
合营各方发生纠纷，董事会不能解决时，由中国的仲裁机构进行调解或仲裁，也可由合营各方协议在其他仲裁机构仲裁。
董事会不能解决的是 纠纷，而不是 各方发生纠纷这件事
