本月的葡萄酒 | Wine of the month: Parus red

                
                
在葡萄牙南部地区所生产的红葡萄酒祥瑞之雀是由阿利坎特布歇葡萄，阿拉贡内斯葡萄及本土托丽佳葡萄制成的。在世界各地，我们都能看见一种拥有金黄色羽毛的山雀，当中包括葡萄牙的南部地区和中国！在中国的北方，这种拥有金黄色羽毛的山雀被称为＂祥瑞之雀＂，此酒因此而命名。
Herdade da Comporta’s Parus wine is a blend of the Portuguese grape varieties Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez and Touriga Nacional. Parus is named after the bird species Parus Major, which is common in many areas of the globe, including Comporta and even China! In the North of China, this tiny bird is affectionately called “Auspicious bird” (祥瑞之雀).

葡萄：阿利坎特布歇占80％，阿拉贡内斯占10％，本土托丽佳占10％。
品酒: 该红酒呈深石榴红色， 该限制版红酒拥有优雅强烈的口感， 成熟葡萄的复杂浓郁芳香， 而且带有少许花香和完整的木桶香气， 酒体饱满丰富， 清新平衡， 口感柔软， 入口丹宁酸味道持续良久 让您回味。

Grapes: Alicante Bouschet (80%), Aragonez (10%) and Touriga Nacional (10%)
Tasting notes: Bright garnet colour. An elegant, complex aroma of very ripe fruit with well-integrated, well-balanced oak, hints of spice and preserved fruits. On the palate it is well balanced, with medium body, good acidity and firm tannins, along with complex flavours of aromatic ripe fruits.
