Pincha Mayurasana is a symmetrical arm balance which packs a number of awesome physical benefits. Pincha Mayurasana strengthens and stretches the shoulders, neck, chest, and belly. It's also a great way to build strength in your arms and back, and helps to relieve stress by calming the brain. 99% practice and 1% theory, let's do it - it's pretty hard o think about anything else when you are balancing on your forearms!

This class will be a Vinyasa class with lots of chest opening poses, arms and shoulder strengthening poses, core strengthening poses and finally we finish with partnerize and do few fun in Pinchamayurasana (Feathered Peacock), Vrischikasana- I (Scorpion), Sayanasana (Scorpion variation), etc. Come and join us; let's fly!!
