“What is Safety”? Is it just "it is what it is"? If you can answer this question quickly and succinctly then I guess you really haven't thought much about it either! It is bound to be a different thing for different people. It’s a bit like asking “what is Love”?
“Safety is the state of being "safe" , the condition of being protected against physical, social, spiritual, financial, political, emotional, occupational, psychological, educational or other types or consequences of failure, damage, error, accidents, harm or any other event which could be considered non-desirable.
Safety awareness is the ability for people like you to overcomen the “default” settings that lead to higher-risk behaviors.Through insight and consicious self- awareness you too can learn to make better decision in order to prevent future accidents at work,at home and behind the wheel.
