One of South East London's most closely guarded secrets has recently emerged from the shadows and is set to take the music industry by storm. It’s just unfair to confine Troyboi in the locked attic of those secrets. Known only as TroyBoi, this multi-talented musician recently signed to Timbaland's right-hand man and US Super Producer, Jim Beanz, things are heating up faster than ever! Producing a wide variety of genres, but specializing in extraordinarily unique, versatile, and highly musical trap beats, TroyBoi is without a doubt one of the top up-and-coming producers in the game right now and it's quite clear from his composition that his influences are vast indeed.
He is also one half of the Producer/DJ duo SoundSnobz described as “the artists that illustrate the most 'daring audio paintings.' ” with one of his best friends, icekream and together they craft the most creative and original chill-trap you'll ever listen to.
Everytime I feel like being home when I hear the clip 'T-R-O-Y-B-O-I' in his song and I'll just give up and dance. As a fan of trap music, I love his groovy, Middle-Eastern style beats and massive percussion tracks. He could mix the weirdest samples and interesting His collaboration with Flosstradamus, ‘Soundclash’, built an insane amount of hype for almost a year, and gave him the recognition he deserved as it showcased his versatile talents. Even though you may have heard his massive production, the man behind the filth is more humble than you could ever imagine. Troyboi is one of the most down-to-earth people I have ever met, and that’s why he became my role model. Before him, I thought about freaky dandies when it comes trap DJs. No one has ever told me that he's such a good-hearted, generous, immensely candid and contagious dude! He hugs every fan screaming at him, and he thanks to all the stuff as well as take a crew photo with them after every single tour.
