中国发展咨询业的作用意义将更加突出
概述:我国咨询业和改革开放同时起步,通过学习与引进国外咨询研究的理论与方法,结合中国的国情及企业的实际情况,开展企业咨询研究,并逐步形成较强的竞争力。
中国正处在经济转轨,工业化进入第二阶段,加上全球化、信息化扑面而来。从生产经营到资本经营,由产品经营到品牌经营;可使用的成长工具、扩张工具、竞争工具更多,组合工具更多,难度更大,专业要求更高。全球化、信息化更是加剧了这种趋势。如:如何合理的利用信息化手段;如何有效利用国内外两种资源两个市场等。复杂的情况使越来越多的企业难以独立应对,这时要在竞争中获胜就客观的需要引入“外脑”,利用外部先进的智力成果。
企业日益面临着严重的挑战,在融入全球一体化的同时,还必须妥善处理过去计划经济遗留下来的企业管理不适应国内外两个市场竞争环境的后遗症。随着竞争加剧,中国企业必然会加速成长,众多企业现在已经开始认识到自身必须首先具备良好的发展基础,一批企业也开始了对最佳发展实践的追求。参照国际企业的发展趋势以及企业环境的不断变化,企业将会进行持续的变革,尤其是实现企业战略、组织、业务及信息技术的持续改善。这些对于现阶段的企业发展来说,是需要认真对待的。因此,企业对发展基础的咨询,将会放在极其重要的位置。长期以来,我国企业的发展水平就很低,与世界发展水平还存在很大的差距。而加入全球企业的竞争更是企业管理水平的竞争,中国企业必须加大力度努力提高自己的咨询理水平。中国咨询业发展地位及规模情况:
目前我国共有各类咨询公司3万余家,而真正从事咨询服务业务的仅1500余家,在咨询业中做大品牌的只有几十家。在全国工商登记的中国咨询公司现在是13万家,其中做咨询的占10%~15%。在当时这10%~15%中,真正做咨询的公司还不到5%,其他大多是靠企业内部培训或公开课程培训在支撑着。其实5%这个数字仍然很大,真正出色的咨询公司,全国大约有200家。而且绝大部分都集中在北京、上海,深圳和广州一带其次。在200多家咨询公司中,真正能做战略咨询的公司还不到10家。自从2002年以来,中国咨询业的发展可以说势头非常迅猛,迎来了咨询的春天,在咨询业中做大品牌的只有几十家。中国咨询业发展格局策略信息资料:

未来行业整合程度注定将提高,少数几家大咨询公司将脱颖而出,小公司生存将变得很艰难。各公司激烈争夺合同,却往往只能向客户提供肤浅的建议,这种情况对任何人及企业发展都不利。如果中国的咨询公司希望继续服务于中国几家最大的公司,就必须维持较庞大的业务规模,因为这些客户公司已在数十个国家开展业务。中国咨询行业诞生不到20年后,本土咨询公司即将面临一场洗牌,只有实力最强的公司才会幸存下来。
中国咨询业的发展是市场经济发展的产物,市场竞争愈激烈,对咨询业的需求愈大。可以说,市场经济是咨询产业生存和发展的外部环境与基础。随着我国市场经济不断走向成熟和发展,可以预言,咨询的作用意义将更加突出。
