I Have thrown from me the whirling dance of mind
And stand now in the spirit's silence free;
Timeless and deathless beyond creature-kind,
The centre of my own eternity.
I have escaped and the small self is dead;
I am immortal, alone, ineffable;
I have gone out from the universe I made,
And have grown nameless and immeasurable.
My mind is hushed in a wide and endless light,
My heart a solitude of delight and peace,
My sense unsnared by touch and sound and sight,
My body a point in white infinities.
I am the one Being's sole immobile Bliss:
No one I am, I who am all that is.

解脱
我已经将自己从头脑的回旋舞步中抛出
伫立于精神的寂静自由之中；
永生不灭超越物种，
在我自己的永恒的中心
我已逃脱，小我已经死去；
我不朽，孤独，不可言喻；
我已走出自己编织的宇宙，
不可言说地，无限地成长
我的思绪在浩瀚无尽的光芒中沉静，
我的心感受到一种愉悦平静的孤独
我的感官不再陷入于触觉听觉视觉，
我的身体是洁净无限中的一点。
我是这唯一不变的极乐的存在：
我谁也不是，我是一切万有
