整形外科经典书籍 来自丁香园
整形外科最经典名著，2006版，八卷，7000余页。与Converse、McCarthy的《Reconstructive Plastic Surgery》、《Plastic Surgery》一脉相承，其中breast reconstruction增加了12章，多为MD Anderson专家编撰，值得一读。窃以为本书是唯一通读及精读均可受益的。
偶所佩服的名师，大多通读过其前版，正在拜读中。
主编Mathes，皮瓣大师，肌瓣的分型就是他提出的，以前编过一本皮瓣的专著。
The Artistry of Reconstructive Surgery老名著，我在DXY发过全书，由当时的诸多名家（几乎囊括除中国之外的所有名家，唯一的华裔是夏威廉）以个案报道的方式编撰，封面是各位编者的油画像，应该是当时的最高水准，实符其名，值得一读。
主编Brent，耳再造权威，发表的文献最多，做过数千例。
Encyclopedia of Flaps，皮瓣百科全书，三卷，已出第二版。内容颇全，必备参考书，记得眼轮匝肌瓣一章对我启发很大。
主编 真正的创意者是Grabb，成书者为Strauch，百科全书式的学者。

Atlas of Microsurgical Composite Tissue Transplantation 皮瓣经典之作，绘图不错，
主编 Donald Serafin皮瓣权威，皮瓣的文章挺多。
粗略翻阅过，感觉尚可，可作为基础教材，主编不熟悉。
Long-Term Results in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery编撰的创意新颖，值得一读，02年幼新版发行（第三版）。
Goldwyn RM PRS前主编，Harvard Medical School，一代大师，主编过<breast reduction><breast plastic surgery> 80年代,发展史一章写得很精彩，国内乳房整形书籍的简史基本是抄袭该书；好像还有一本 The unfavorable result in plastic surgery : avoidance and treatment，也不错。老头对中国人不错，听过他讲座。最喜欢他写得整形外科小品文，很有深度，很幽默，国内尚无此等人物，PRS在其退休之际出版一期专刊（2004：114(&NA;)），大家应该读读。摘录一篇，大家看看：

Laws of Plastic Surgery
We pitiful human beings, born not of our will,are thrust into this world, which throughout our lives we try to comprehend. To make sense of our existence, we seek the verities; we try to formulate laws of earthly happenstance and human behavior-basic tenets akin to the laws of gravity and energy. Take, for example, Benjamin Franklin’s fundamental: “. . . in this world nothing is certain but death and taxes.” And closer to our time is the observation of Professor Parkinson: “Work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion. Thus, an elderly lady of leisure can spend the entire day in writing and dispatching a postcard to her niece at Bognor Regis. An hour will be spent in
finding the postcard, another in hunting for spectacles, half an hour in search for the address. . . ”
As valid as the law seems, it is not always true. There are, I am sure, older retired women who would never devote more than a half hour to writing to their relatives. So we have another law: “Every rule has an exception (even this one).” Whether the exception proves the rule, or the rule, the exception, I leave to that genre of professional deep thinkers, known as logicians.
The laws concerning how our world functions or malfunctions contain much wisdom in few words. While we might add a qualifying “usually” to the statement, its soundness and acumen remain incontrovertible. That the law does not hold for every circumstance should not disconcert us. The imprecision of precision—a` la Heisenberg— is a preoccupation of today’s mathematics and physics.
I have made a list of some of my favorite rules; a few are lesser known, and none is original with me:
Nothing minor ever happens to a car on the weekend.
A consultant is an ordinary person a long way from home.
In an undeveloped country, you don’t drink the water; in a developed country, you don’t breathe the air.
Nature abhors a hero.
The tire is only flat at the bottom.
Sex is hereditary. If your parents never had it, chances are you won’t either.
The easiest way to find something lost around the house is to buy a replacement.
A memorandum is written not to inform the reader but to protect the writer.
There are three ways to get something done: Do it yourself, hire someone, or forbid your kids to do it.
Food that tastes the best has the highest number of calories.
When the plane you’re on is late, the plane you want to transfer to is on time.
The odds are six to five that the light at the end of the tunnel is the headlight of an oncoming express train.
Permit me a few “laws” of plastic surgery:
The preoperative photos that are lost are always of the patient with the best result.
The last stitch in a blepharoplasty always starts bleeding.
No insurance company ever makes a mistake in your favor.
No medical organization to which you belong ever reduces its dues.
The patient whose operation you do for visiting surgeons will have the hematoma.
VIPs are magnets for complications.
The patient with the best initial result never returns for follow-up.
The dissatisfied patient never moves away.
The older the surgeon, the less he or she perceives the need to retire.
The older plastic surgeon never thinks there is room for a younger one in town.
The initial sponge count is never correct when you are behind schedule.
The rhinoplasty patient with only a fair result is your most enthusiastic supporter.
The lengthy operative note (discharge summary) is the one that gets lost.
No surgeon ever has enough operating time.
No hospital ever has enough operating rooms or personnel.
Plastic surgeons resent a colleague in direct proportion to the aesthetic content of his appearance in the media. Corollary: The expert on hypospadias is never maligned.
Most surgeons lack the enzyme allowing them to praise the results of a colleague.
Most surgeons feel a twinge of pleasure at another’s complication.
Our readers doubtless have better rules of their ownand that, perhaps, is another law.

Reoperative of Plastic Surgery，有关二期修复的专著，两卷，只看过第二卷，不知为什么图书馆没有上卷，对临床指导较大。

老祖宗编撰，在旧书堆中淘出的，其精彩不亚于Millard的整形外科原则，这是Millard成名之书。

Vertical mammaplasty Lejour技术是目前乳房缩小的金标准，本书是Lejour编撰，肯定值得一读，但国内好像没有此书，我只读过一些章节。
主编Lejour，Lejour技术的推广者，欧洲整形外科协会主席。
Vertical scar mammaplasty 2005内容较精辟，解剖写得不错，尤其是乳房悬吊系统的解剖较为详细。
主编Hamdi，Lejour的弟子。
尿道下裂的专著，由国际知名专家编撰，内容极为详尽，就是没有阴囊纵隔瓣，看样子泌尿界对此不感冒。
主编是泌尿外科专家
Lower extremity salvage and reconstruction下肢的解剖和皮瓣，是骨科和整形外科合著，有参考价值。
主编不熟悉。
微笑列车的赠书，主编罗慧夫，专攻唇腭裂，绘图详尽。
Millard<整形外科原则>已有中文版，我们科人手一册，不过读读原文更好，似乎成了整形外科医师素养的标志；<面裂>唇腭裂的巨著，三卷，惜乎未见全貌，被人借去未还，只略过第三卷，<鼻整形四部曲>millard封笔之作，中文版快出了，<鼻整形专题>一般。
Sheen《Aesthetic Rhinoplasty》，被整形界极为推崇的bible，两卷，但millard好像对此书略有微词。
Smith《Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery》眼整形的bible，已出三版。Smith成名于二战期间（给巴顿将军手术），专攻于眼部整形再造，Journal of Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery就是他们中心创建的。
Nahai<美容整形外科>2005版，不错。
Bostwick《Plastic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery 》乳房整形美容的bible，2000年第二版，Bostwick梅耶大学出身，乳房整形美容权威，不久会有中文版。Bostwick在成书不久去世，该书是遗世之作。
Skoog <Plastic Surgery>Skoog是美国整形外科协会创始人，首任主席，唇腭裂、面部除皱是经典之作。
Hamra<Composite Rhytidectomy>Hamra是Composite Rhytidectomy的首倡者，值得一读。
Tardy《Facial Aesthetic Surgery 》《Rhinoplasty》Tardy是面部美容整形协会主席，Facial Plastic Surgery杂志前主编 ，Rhinoplasty得解剖很精彩。
Illouz<Liposuction> Illouz开创了钝性（blunt canula）、湿性技术（wet technique）及隧道技术（tunnel technique）的先河，确立了高负压、皮下脂肪预处理、非连续切割及皮肤回缩四项原则，创立了经典脂肪抽吸术(tranditional liposuction TL)，成为现代脂肪抽吸术的创始人。原为基本外科医师，创立了脂肪抽吸的基本框架，其言是始于“a love story”，为解决其女友的颈项部脂肪瘤而创立的，也许只有浪漫的法国处会出现这种浪漫的故事，后人只是在此基础上修修补补，我记得是图书馆内首先被翻阅散架的书之一。Liposuction还有Pitman、Hiter、Pinto等数本，都不错。
Wilkson <Atlas of Liposuction>2005版，中文版即将出版。<Circumareolar Techniques for Breast Surgery>尚可。
McCraw《McCraw and Arnold's Atlas of Muscle and Musculocutaneous Flaps》，McCraw在住院医师期间做了相当精彩的解剖研究，创立了Muscle and Musculocutaneous Flaps的概念，这是赠给我们老院长的书。

Tardy《Facial Aesthetic Surgery 》《Rhinoplasty》Tardy是面部美容整形协会主席，Facial Plastic Surgery杂志前主编 ，Rhinoplasty得解剖很精彩。
Illouz<Liposuction> Illouz开创了钝性（blunt canula）、湿性技术（wet technique）及隧道技术（tunnel technique）的先河，确立了高负压、皮下脂肪预处理、非连续切割及皮肤回缩四项原则，创立了经典脂肪抽吸术(tranditional liposuction TL)，成为现代脂肪抽吸术的创始人。原为基本外科医师，创立了脂肪抽吸的基本框架，其言是始于“a love story”，为解决其女友的颈项部脂肪瘤而创立的，也许只有浪漫的法国处会出现这种浪漫的故事，后人只是在此基础上修修补补，我记得是图书馆内首先被翻阅散架的书之一。Liposuction还有Pitman、Hiter、Pinto等数本，都不错。

McCraw《McCraw and Arnold's Atlas of Muscle and Musculocutaneous Flaps》，McCraw在住院医师期间做了相当精彩的解剖研究，创立了Muscle and Musculocutaneous Flaps的概念，这是赠给我们老院长的书。
