We insist to offer fresh roasted beans, also on purchasing recent harvest & processed green beans. That‘s how we work on your perfect cup. Your beans will be roasted after the order to be made. And will be shipped in 1 day after roasting.
Quality | In selection of quality coffee beans, cupping score 85 is our bottom line. We strive to offer our customer real gourmet coffee from the very first day.
Delicate | We do the hand selection before and after roasting to keep perfection. It is necessary, no excuse. One little flaw bean can screw up a whole cup.
Attitude | To define the personality of this bag of coffee beans in your hand. We roast every batch green beans into four to eight different types and cupping carefully to choose a correct roasting formula.
Over all we are a bunch of coffee enthusiasts. We are fascinated with coffee. So coffee has been integrated into our lives. It's our lifelong career.

双重新鲜:这是最最重要的。关系到咖啡的美味以及您的身体健康,因为咖啡豆实际上是一种水果的种子,是有机物。新鲜的生豆保留了更多的香气和滋味,随着时间的推移,这些物质都在逐渐被消耗,烘焙后的咖啡豆消耗速度更快,我们坚持只售卖新鲜烘焙的咖啡豆,同时我们也只购买当季收获的咖啡生豆。这是我们能够提供超美味咖啡的杀手锏。
质量:在生豆采购环节,我们只采购由专业机构杯测评分在85分以上的生豆,我们致力于给我们的顾客提供真正美味的黑咖啡,而不止停留在文字上。
精致:我们会在烘焙前后进行两次人工选豆,将瑕疵都全部挑选出去,这是非常必要的一步绝对没有例外。一颗瑕疵豆可以毁掉一整杯咖啡。
态度:为了展现每一款豆子的个性,我们会对每一款豆子进行测试烘焙,烘焙成4至8种不同的烘焙度,然后进行杯测,仔细选择出最适合的烘焙度,这些都需要时间和精力的大量投入。
总之,我们是一群咖啡狂热分子。我们痴迷于咖啡。所以,咖啡已经融入我们的生命,我们也将咖啡作为我们的终身事业。
关于美国的农夫市场: Farmers’ market是从1977年开始在美国出现,一提到farmers market(农夫市场),唯一能够联想到的就是健康和新鲜,最开始农夫市场只是为了给当地农民一个可以出售自己产品的场所,随着时间演变,如今的农夫市场已经变成人们日常消磨时间享受健康生活的重要方式,而且摊贩的种类也越来越多,除了传统的瓜果蔬菜等农产品,如今还有餐饮摊位,手工艺品摊位,现场乐队演出,甚至一些行为艺术等等,非常丰富多彩。一般每一个城市每周只有一个农夫市场,每个城市的时间都不一样,所以如果想要获得更多的销售机会,就需要向不同的city不同的农夫市场递交申请,而且不一定获批,有的等待时间甚至需要几年,能够进入农夫市场并获得顾客们的认可是一份非常大的鼓励,说明我们的产品美味新鲜价格合理,目前我们有四家农夫市场,而且我还要努力获得更多机会。简单说这些,也是想让大家从另一个角度了解美国,一个现代而又传统的国家,我很自豪能够参与到如此接地气的大家庭当中。
