All of our residences are inclusive of bills (including heating, electricity and water) and are self-catered. Students have access to a number of features and services within our residences including 24/7 cover, bike storage, laundry facilitites, free WIFI, access to King's Sport BeActive Halls and our Residence Life programme. We also have live-in Wardens and Residence Associates at all residences to ensure you are able to make the most of your time in King's Residences
【Angel Lane】
Angel Lane is located in Stratford, in between Westfield and Olympic Park, ensuring that there is always something to see and do. With its’ large courtyard, mezzanine terrace and vibrant atmosphere, students have the opportunity to socialise and build lasting friendships in this residence. Within walking distance from a multitude of bars, restaurants and cafes, Angel Lane is the perfect residence for students looking to live and learn, only 25 minutes out of central London.

【University of London Intercollegiate Halls】
Living at Intercollegiate Halls provides King's students with the opportunity to interact with students from all colleges within the University of London. Intercollegiate Halls offers mostly catered accommodation, with single-study, ensuite, studios and couple rooms available. King’s Residences hold over 400 places for King’s students, and applications can easily be made through our accommodation portal.

Annual cost: £8,385.54 - £11,209.22 (40 week contract)

Contract length
College Hall offers a 40 week contract, which includes the Christmas and Easter vacations.
You will not be able to stay at College Hall during the summer vacation, but if you have a valid academic reason for remaining in London throughout the summer, you may be offered accommodation in another residence.

【Urbanest Westminster Bridge & Hoxton 】
Urbanest offers contemporary student accommodation throughout London. King’s Residences has partnered with Urbanest Westminster Bridge and Hoxton, two of Urbanest’s most centrally located residences.
Westminster Bridge is located in the heart of London, zone 1, within easy walking distance of the Waterloo and Strand Campus, and well placed for easy access to the Guys Campus. Situated on London’s vibrant South Bank, the property offers spectacular views of the River Thames, Houses of Parliament, The Shard and the City of London.
Urbanest Hoxton is situated in east London's coolest area, with a thriving network of galleries, bars, venues, and nightlife nearby. There is also a fantastic café located at the property, and a Tesco Express supermarket on site for late night study snacks.
【Chapter Lewisham】
Chapter Lewisham is a new student residence opened in 2016 with rooms from £179 per week, including all bills and superfast broadband. Lewisham is very close to the creative New Cross, leafy Blackheath and the historic Royal Borough of Greenwich, all of which make fabulous days or nights out.
【其他补充】
studio 是单人套房。一个房间包含了独立卫浴,小厨房。也是环境最好最贵的。类似上海一室户的房子。
ensuite是独立卫浴房,有自己的卧室和卫浴,会和舍友共用厨房。
non-ensuite公用卫浴房,有自己独立的房间,但卫生间和厨房都是公用的。

伦敦国王学院在泰晤士河南北都有校区,适度了解下南北的情况有助于我们挑选宿舍。以下来自网络摘抄:
伦敦北岸相对繁华,这有白金汉宫、国会大楼、商业中心牛津街、文化中心莱切斯特广场和大英博物馆、豪华商圈以及知名学府(KCL/UCL/LSE)等,代表了英国的传统政治、繁荣的经济以及高层次文化。伦敦的众多火车站和大量的地铁设施也集中在北岸。在泰晤士河的北岸,有大量的著名街区,几乎每条街道上都有悬挂着蓝色牌子的名人故居。
伦敦南岸比较低调,如斯托克菲尔德等小镇,对于外界来说就仅仅是一些陌生的名字,伦敦南岸消费水平要低一些,也因此聚集了大量的低收入者,形成独有的市井文化。伦敦南部有更多的咖啡馆、酒吧俱乐部以及不同肤色人群。

Chapter Lewisham is a new student residence opened in 2016 with rooms from £179 per week, including all bills and superfast broadband. Lewisham is very close to the creative New Cross, leafy Blackheath and the historic Royal Borough of Greenwich, all of which make fabulous days or nights out.

studio 是单人套房。一个房间包含了独立卫浴,小厨房。也是环境最好最贵的。类似上海一室户的房子。
ensuite是独立卫浴房,有自己的卧室和卫浴,会和舍友共用厨房。
non-ensuite公用卫浴房,有自己独立的房间,但卫生间和厨房都是公用的。

伦敦北岸相对繁华,这有白金汉宫、国会大楼、商业中心牛津街、文化中心莱切斯特广场和大英博物馆、豪华商圈以及知名学府(KCL/UCL/LSE)等,代表了英国的传统政治、繁荣的经济以及高层次文化。伦敦的众多火车站和大量的地铁设施也集中在北岸。在泰晤士河的北岸,有大量的著名街区,几乎每条街道上都有悬挂着蓝色牌子的名人故居。
