简介：本案整体设计以中国王爷小型府邸四合院为原型，力图运用中国传统构造体系、传统材料、工艺，结合现代技术、审美、功能的要求，缔造一座讲中国语言的国际化建筑精品。方案布局规整、中轴对称、主次分明，建筑、山石、水池、花树交相呼应。建筑立面设计高低错落有致、翼角飞翘，斗拱整齐排列，支撑起中国传统的曲线型大屋顶，传统的门窗、坐凳、倒挂楣子上的木雕图案工艺精美，充分体现中式建筑特色，使其与现代技术相结合满足建筑需求。
使用功能：中国文化中心、中国艺术博物馆。
Use function:Chinese Crltural Center 、Chinese Art Museum.
功能布局：展览、展示、洽谈、会议、茶室、酒吧、水吧、真品保险库等，还有办公、警卫、储藏、卫生间、设备、电器、消防等附属用房。
Functional Iayout:The proposed Chinese Cultural Center will provide cultural and museum related activities including exhibition, collection, valuation, confesencing and education with associated of show rooms, function rooms, safe storage, teahouses, security and utility rooms.
建筑结构：地上采用中国传统结构或者木钢混合结构，地下采用钢筋混凝土框剪结构。
