网上看到的一篇文章,觉得很好,可以实行。
方法很简单,就是把今天要做的事情列出来,按照重要性排列。
按照优先级排A,B,C,D,E,按照优先级列表完成。
ABC规则
A 必须做
B 非常不错,你做了
C 今天没做也不重要
D 让别人来做
E 尽量不做
其他两个原理
1 分钟的计划减少了10分钟的工作
28原理
这个方法我认为是一个按照长远的计划,所以有些事情是重要的就会放在A 或者B,也许对短期其实不紧急。
Make a list of everything you have to do for the day(night before suggested, I prefer doing it in the morning with my coffee)
Prioritize the items on your list Using A, B, C, D, E Rules(Outlined below)
Prioritize the letters with numbers. So if you have 5 'A's', number them from 1-5 in order of most(1) to least(5) important.
Do the list IN THAT ORDER. You may not move onto another task until the previous one is completed. So A1-A2-A3-A4-A5-B1-B2....ect.
ABC Rules
A= Absolutey Must Do
B= It would be BEST if you could do it
C= I don't Care if this doesn't get done today
D= Delegate this task to someone else
E= Eliminate from day-Cross it off the list
Other notable ideas:
1 minute of planning saves you 10 minutes in the real world.
80:20 rule: 20% of the items on your list will account for 80% of the value

我觉得人很容易忘记自己要做什么,当优先级C 的事情出现的时候,会想,A 事情虽然很重要,但是还是明天做吧,一天又一天,最后什么也没做。。。
总结,把重要的事情安排出时间来!安排出时间来做重要的事情。
