8月5日的首届中国区块链媒体社会责任论坛上，著名经济学家向松祚和著名经济观察家李光斗就区块链的现状与未来表达了截然不同的观点。
At the First Forum of China Block chain Media’s Social Responsibility on August 5th, famous economist Xiang Songzuo and economic observer Li Guangdou expressed different views on the current situation and the future of the block chain.
向松祚认为“99%的人根本不知道区块链是什么、99%的区块链公司根本不懂区块链、99%的区块链项目是骗子。”对媒体也发出了拷问：你们真的知道区块链是干什么的吗？......很多主流媒体起着推波助澜的作用，帮助项目忽悠吃瓜群众。
Xiang believes that 99% of people do not know what the block chain is, 99% of the block chain companies do not understandthe block chain, and 99% of the block chain projects are lying to people. The media wasalso questioned: Do you really know what the block chain is? ... Many mainstream medias have played a role in helping the project to fool the people.
李光斗则直言：“说区块链是骗子的99%不懂区块链，这样贴标签是不负责任的。”区块链时代，带来的是“一次造假，终身受罚”。可以完全杜绝假新闻，杜绝洗稿。
Li said bluntly: "It is irresponsible to stereotype block chain as a fraud, and 99% of thosewho believe that do not really know about the block chain ." The block chain era has brought us "one-time fraud and lifetime punishment." It is possible to completely eliminate fake news and prevent the fabricatedmanuscripts.

Digital currency can be deemed as the product of Internet geeks who do not trust existing financial system, this activity is triggered by the thought that they do not trust a specific kind of central system. Their core idea is that it is untrustworthy to ensure the value of something by centralized system, only trust itself is trustworthy.

根据中国国家知识产权局（SIPO）的官网数据显示，中国央行数字货币研究所已公布了至少四项专利申报。已公布的专利申报总数达41项。早在2017年，中国就已经作为一个整体向世界知识产权组织（WIPO）申请了比任何国家都多的区块链技术专利。
