肯尼亚常见的公司类型：
1. 有限责任公司 LLC Limited Liability Company
至少30%的公司注册资本必须为货币出资，所有实物注资必须在公司注册前全部支付
2. 公共有限公司 PLC Public Limited Company
公共有限公司须至少拥有51名股东，公司成立后公司股份能够被公开认购。
3. 私人有限公司 PLC Private Limited Company
私人有限公司应拥有至少两名股东，但最多不超过50名股东
4. 普通合伙企业 General Partership
所有利润及亏损根据合伙人在合伙契约中规定的出资比例进行分摊，同时合伙人就其拥有的股权承担相应的责任。
5. 分公司：
外国公司需要向公司注册机构提供以下信息：
• 公司章程、备忘录的有效副本，或其他定义公司章程的文书；

• 公司在肯尼亚境内财产的说明；
