1、环境（situation)

-Not physical

perceived by people (subjective )

-changed by people

people perceive situation, also be a part of situation ,change situation.

-FAE(基本归因错误）虽然会发生，但是不影响人对行为做出的推断

2、认知失调，保持一致性

-如果人很难解释环境，会捏造一些环境

-如果一种选择让人做出决断，会因为不能解释而放弃选择

-做出决断，内省的时候会因为不能解释而推翻之前的选择
