展览目的：
The purpose of the exhibition
依据国际大展的惯例，本次展览由专业策展人确定主题和实施细则。主办方将协同策展人江铭先生共同在北方重镇——中国首批沿海开放城市之一的秦皇岛打造一项面向未来的高端艺术盛事，并于每年春季在秦皇岛松石美术馆持续举办。我们相信秦皇岛当代国际艺术大展的设立并举办必将成为秦皇岛地区面向未来、走向世界的又一块响亮的文化艺术名片，也必将吸引海内知己，八方来客！
秦皇岛当代国际艺术大展的学术价值与意义，将由策展人江铭另文专题论述，并将在展览开幕前在公众平台、艺术媒体以及展览画册上发表。
According to the conventionof international exhibition, the theme and implementation rules of thisexhibition are determined by professional curator. The organizer will work withcurator Mr. Jiang Ming to hold this future-orientedart event in Qinhuangdao which is one of the first open coastal cities in China.Besides, this event will be held in the Songshi Art Gallery of Qinhuangdaoevery spring. We believe that the establishment and holding of ContemporaryInternational Art Exhibition will lead Qinhuangdao to the future and the worldwith its cultural and artistic image, and will also attract friends andvisitors from all over the world.
The academic value and significance of Contemporary International Art Exhibition is discussed by curator Jiang Ming in another articlewhich will be published on public platforms, art media and exhibition albumsbefore the opening of the exhibition.
展览实施
The implementation of exhibition
本次展览作品采取面向国内外公开征集，由策展人选择艺术家作品入展的形式。
Theexhibition works are collected publicly both at home and abroad, and thecurator will choose the artists’ works for exhibition.
本次展览分为五个单元
Theexhibition is divided into five units
第一单元：
架上具像写实绘画展。预计参展艺术家50人，征集作品50件，每人入选一件。作品采取公开征集，由策展人选择最优秀作品参加展览。材料包含布上作品和纸上作品，油画颜料、丙烯、水彩及其他材料均可。表现题材不限，绘画语言要求遵循具像写实的表达方式。每位艺术家报送高清晰作品图片1-3幅，入选艺术家及作品，由策展人审定并确认。参展作品确认后由工作人员通知作者按照指定日期寄送到馆。逾期取消参展资格！作品尺寸要求最长边不超过120cm。在确保展览学术质量的前提下，具体展出作品数量由策展人最终决决定。
Unit1: Easel realistic painting exhibition. It is estimated that there will be 50artists participating in the exhibition, and 50 works will be collected, onefor each artist. Works will be collected publicly, and the curator will selectthe best works for the exhibition. Materials include cloth and paper works. Oilpaints, acrylic, watercolor and other materials are acceptable. There is nolimit to the subject, but the painting requires to be realistic style. Eachartist should submit 1-3 HD pictures. The selected artists and works will beexamined and confirmed by the curator. After confirmation of the exhibitedworks, the staff will notify the author to send their works to the museum onthe specified date.The qualifications for the exhibition will be canceled afterthe deadline! The longest side of the work should not exceed 120 cm. For theacademic quality of the exhibition, the specific number of works will bedecided by the curator.

架上表现主义绘画展。预计参展艺术家50人，征集作品50件，每人入选一件。作品采取公开征集，由策展人选择最优秀作品参加展览。材料包含布上作品和纸上作品，油画颜料、丙烯、水彩及其他材料均可。表现题材不限，绘画语言要求遵循表现主义的表达方式。每位艺术家报送高清晰作品图片1-3幅，入选艺术家及作品，由策展人审定并确认。参展作品确认后由工作人员通知作者按照指定日期寄送到馆。逾期取消参展资格！作品尺寸要求最长边不超过120cm。在确保展览学术质量的前提下，具体展出作品数量由策展人最终决定。

Oilpaints, acrylic, watercolor and other materials are acceptable. There is nolimit to the subject, but the painting requires to be expressionistic style. Eachartist should submit 1-3 HD pictures. The selected artists and works will beexamined and confirmed by the curator. After confirmation of the exhibitedworks, the staff will notify the author to send their works to the museum onthe specified date.The qualifications for the exhibition will be canceled afterthe deadline! The longest side of the work should not exceed 120 cm. For theacademic quality of the exhibition, the specific number of works will bedecided by the curator.
第三单元：
架上抽象绘画展。预计参展艺术家50人，征集作品50件，每人入选一件。作品采取公开征集，由策展人选择最优秀作品参加展览。材料包含布上作品和纸上作品，油画颜料、丙烯、水彩及其他材料均可。表现题材不限，绘画语言要求遵循抽象绘画的表达方式。冷抽象、热抽象均可。每位艺术家报送高清晰作品图片1-3幅，入选艺术家及作品，由策展人审定并确认。参展作品确认后由工作人员通知作者按照指定日期寄送到馆。逾期取消参展资格！作品尺寸要求最长边不超过120cm。在确保展览学术质量的前提下，具体展出作品数量由策展人最终决定。
Unit 3: Easelabstract painting exhibition. It is estimated that there will be 50 artistsparticipating in the exhibition, and 50 works will be collected, one for eachartist. Works will be collected publicly, and the curator will select the bestworks for the exhibition. Materials include cloth and paper works. Oil paints,acrylic, watercolor and other materials are acceptable. There is no limit tothe subject, but the painting requires to be abstract style. Each artist shouldsubmit 1-3 HD pictures. The selected artists and works will be examined andconfirmed by the curator. After confirmation of the exhibited works, the staffwill notify the author to send their works to the museum on the specified date.Thequalifications for the exhibition will be canceled after the deadline! Thelongest side of the work should not exceed 120 cm. For the academic quality ofthe exhibition, the specific number of works will be decided by the curator.
第四单元：
当代艺术展。预计参展艺术家50人，征集作品50件，每人入选一件。作品采取公开征集，由策展人选择最优秀作品参加展览。材料包含架上观念 作品、行为观念摄影、图像、装置设计方案等。报送方式同上。装置以方案效果图或展览方案的形式展出，展出须装框，不进行实物呈现！
Unit 4:Contemporary Art Exhibition. It is estimated that there will be 50 artistsparticipating in the exhibition, and 50 works will be collected, one for eachartist. Works are collected publicly, and the curator will select the bestworks for the exhibition. Material includes on-shelf concept, action conceptphotography, image, device design, etc. The submission is the same as theabove. Installations are displayed in the form of effect diagrams or exhibition schemes. Exhibitions should beframed rather than physical presentation.
第五单元：
影像动漫短片展：预计参展艺术家10人，征集作品10件。影像作品、短片作品、动漫作品发送邮件或寄送光盘优盘，作品需足够清晰完整，并保证入选作品展出时与报送时内容一致！寄送的落选影像作品光盘及优盘一律不退！主办方保证不在未经作者知情的情况下使用！
Unit 5: Videoanimation Short Film Exhibition. 10 artists are expected to participate in theexhibition, and 10 works will be collected.
Videoworks, short film works and animation works should be sent in CD-ROM or U disk,and the works should be clear and complete enough to ensure the displayed worksat the exhibition are the same as the ones you submit! The CD-ROM and U disk ofthe rejected works will not be returned! The organizer guarantees that it willnot be used without the author's knowledge!
本次展览出版大展图册一本。凡入展作者每人获赠一本。
作品投寄申报时间即日起，截至时间2019年4月10日止！
特别注意事项：
Specialnotes:
一、入选的架上绘画作品，布上作品一律需要有内框，不加外框；纸上作品、摄影及图片作品一律需要装框，不使用玻璃，可以使用有机玻璃或薄膜！使用玻璃装裱作品，主办方一律拒收！入选作品寄件费用作者自理，退件费用由主办方负责！
1. For selectedeasel paintings, all cloth paintings need inner frames, without outer frames; forall paper paintings, photographs and pictures need frames, glass is not allowed,but plexiglass or thin film can be used! The organizers will refuse to accept theworks with glass frame ! The artist should pay for the cost of sending theselected works, and the sponsor is responsible for the cost of returning theselected works!
二、入展作者根据展览开幕信息，自由选择是否参加开幕仪式及活动。外地作者参加活动需提前与主办方工作人员联系，并告知到馆时间，乘坐火车作者告知到站车次及时间电话，主办方安排工作人员负责接站。
2. Exhibitors arefree to choose whether to participate in the opening ceremony or activitiesaccording to the opening information of the exhibition. Artists from other citiesshould contact the staff in advance and inform them of the arrival time. If youtake the train, the information and the arrival times of the train shouldinform them as well as your telephone number, so the organizer could arrangestaff to pick you up at the train station.
三、北戴河是著名的旅游胜地，绘画、展览、旅游将成为本届展览的新亮点。主办方可为外地作者提前联系疗养院及民宿住宿，疗养院每天150——200元之间；民宿每天50——80元，住宿费由作者自理！居住时间艺术家自行决定！
3.Beidaihe is a famous tourist attraction. Painting, exhibition and tourism will become the new highlights of this exhibition. The organizercan contact the sanatorium and residential accommodation for the non-localauthors in advance. The sanatorium is between 150 and 200 yuan a day; theresidential accommodation is between 50 and 80 yuan a day. The accommodationfee is for the author's own account! The artists decide the time of residenceby themselves!
四、主办方于开幕式结束后第二日安排一天秦皇岛地区景区游览，免费提供大巴车统一安排时间接送到站，景区参观门票及吃饭由参加者自行解决！
4. On the second dayafter the opening ceremony, the organizer will arrange a one-day tour of thescenic spots in Qinhuangdao. Free bus service will be provided. Tickets andmeals for the scenic spots will be paid by the participants themselves!
五、国外艺术家参展，入选作者作品运输往返费用及问题需自行解决！组织者不负责境外艺术家入境申请及作品运输！图片及影像作品例外，图片作品可委托组织者在国内负责数码输出，费用由艺术家自行支付！展出后销毁！若有收藏另议！影像录像短片作品，可通过邮件传输使用！其他问题协商解决！
5.Foreign artistsparticipate in the exhibition should know that the transportation cost need to paidby themselves. The organizer is not responsible for the works’ transportation applicationof overseas artists. Except for picture and image works which can be output in digitalforms. Also, the artist will pay for the cost! Besides, works will be destroyedafter exhibition! If we want to collect it, we'll discuss it later! Video and shortfilms
canbe transmitted by mail. Other problems need to be further negotiated.

Otherconditions:
为确保展览顺利完成，并可持续举办，凡入选作者，需交纳600元参展费（含大展图册工本费，作品展出后退件费用，开幕式一次聚餐费用及其他服务费用）。凡投寄作品的作者即视为认同上述条件及约定，以免误解！不能认同以上条件的作者请勿投寄作品！获得展览入展资格的作者，需在邮寄作品的同时将需要交纳的费用转到工作人员微信账户！
To ensure the success of the exhibition and itssustainability, all selected artists are required to pay 600 yuan for theexhibition (including the cost of the exhibition album, the refund fee afterthe exhibition, the dinner of the opening ceremony and other service fees).Authors who submit works are deemed to agree with the above conditions andagreements in order to avoid misunderstanding. Authors who do not agree withthe above conditions should not submit their works! Authors who are qualifiedfor the exhibition should send their works along with their fees to thedesignated account of the exhibition.

主办方、协办方将组织收藏家、企业家以及艺术收藏爱好者参观展览，凡作品被藏家欣赏并有收藏意向，组织者将与作者另行单独沟通作品收藏相关事宜，积极促成收藏购买！
松石美术馆坐落在松石高尔夫山上，属于京津冀高端人士休闲聚集地，本次展览出版的画册将免费赠送给松石高尔夫俱乐部会员人手一册进行宣传，为艺术家作品提供更多的收藏机会！
本次展览最终解释权归大展组织方。
The organizers andco-organizers will organize collectors, entrepreneurs and art collectors tovisit the exhibition. If collectors appreciate the work and have the intentionto buy. The organizers will communicate with the artist and actively promotethe purchase of the collection.
Songshi Art Museumis located on the Songshi Golf Hill which is the leisure place of elites in Beijing, Tianjin andHebei. The picture album of the exhibition published will be given freely tomembers of the Songshi Golf Club in order to provide more purchaseopportunities of artists' works.
The right of finalinterpretation of this exhibition rests with the organizer of the exhibition.

Curator'sresume
江铭，号壶翁老人。艺术家、独立批评家、策展人。1969年生于河北秦皇岛，祖籍湖北天门。毕业于河北师范大学美术教育系。曾先后从事过记者、编辑、杂志主编、办公室主任、美术馆学术馆长、策展人等工作。曾参与创办过杂志《秦皇岛地情》《万里长城》《中国长城博物馆》《后脚跟》等。出版有专著：《中国后现代艺术》，30万字，繁体中文版，台湾飞鸿文化出版，公开发行，2006年9月；《后波普浪潮——对中国特殊消费主义的现象学研究》，10万字，香港出版，2008年5月发行；《黑白立场》（个人评论文集），30万字，2010年，湖南美术出版社出版，全国新华书店发行；主编《中国杰出艺术家》系列画册，2014年，云南美术出版社出版。自上世纪90年代以来至今已撰写并发表各类文学、艺术类文章百万余字。
Jiang Ming.haoHuweng, He is an artist, independent critic and curator. Born in 1969 inQinhuangdao, Hebei Province, originated in Tianmen, Hubei Province. Graduatedfrom the Department of Fine Arts Education, Hebei Normal University. He once workedas journalist, editor, magazine editor, office director, academic curator andcurator of art galleries. He has participated in the founding of magazines suchas Qinhuangdao Geographic Situation, The Great Wall, The GreatWall Museum of China and Back heel. Published monographs: ChinesePost-modern Art, 300,000 words, Traditional Chinese Edition, TaiwaneseFeihong Culture Publication, September 2006; Post-Pop Wave: Phenomenological Study of Chinese Special Consumerism, 100,000 words, Published in HongKong, May 2008; Black and White Position (Collection of Personal Comments),300,000 words, Hunan Fine Arts Publishing House, 2010; Outstanding Artistsin China, Yunnan Fine Arts Publishing House, 2014.
