1.27 刚刚在这个周末把MSIS的KIRA给做了，一开始做的时候特别怕碰到完全不会的tech题目，结果最后不小心给刷新到三个behavior题目。。。不知道招生官会不会觉得有问题。所以我也来攒攒人品！！上题目：
1. Tell us about a difficult decision you had to make recently. Walk us through the problem, what your thought process was and how you ultimately handled it.
2. How MSIS program will advance your career aspiration 【这个好像是新题，不过也大差不差】
3. Describe the most innovative change that you have initiated and what you did to implement this change
附上之前总结的题库，之前有看到小伙伴说是今年换题库了；不过我总结了一下发现基本上没有太大变化，可能只是有语言上的改变，内容还是一样的。下面的题目都是总结与各个不同年份申请的小伙伴po出来的题目，LZ我也只是当了一回搬运工，把它们总结到了一起而已，话不多说上题目：

吐槽在先：45s的kira 1分钟的kira，1分30s的kira。。。不同的学校，同样的素材，要准备n个版本。。不过结束了，一切随缘，佛系申请这里也跟UW-MSBA想要申请的朋友说一句。截至楼主发帖的时间里，还没有MSBA的面试经验贴，可能会有人想要参考一些MSIS的面试做参考。我个人认为参考意义不是特别大。因为IS里面会问有关于你的database experience，对于面向对象的语言的掌握程度之类的问题。我觉得这些是BA不怎么会涉及的领域。要不然就慢点做kira哈哈哈，争取在别人发了经验贴后再完成自己的。
不过有关于why forster why ba这些常规类问题还是都要准备的。
下面是楼主的题目。
我搜了很多题目。第一题没碰见，怀疑是新题。

非常遗憾。。没有被问到关于database的那个题目。。。楼主对database有一点经验，有想bb的，可惜了。IS还有一个题是你有没有什么建立system的想法或者已经完成的这方面的尝试。。楼主也有！但是也没问到kkk

重点：都没出现过！一道teamwork，一道career，一道tech
准备了半天一道没用上，第三道题还没看懂，百度查了下。。。
说的磕磕绊绊还没讲完，闻者落泪。。。

----吐槽----
为什么拖到2/1凌晨才做题呢？当然是因为懒！...不！其实都是Kira的错。
Dealine前两天倒腾设备+网络，搞了半天终于调好了，撸了几遍Practice题，准备周全，心里美滋滋。然后想着睡个好觉，明天正式答题。结果：
- 正式来的时候告诉我，Chrome被禁用了，啥时候重新启用不知道，您就凑合先用Firefox吧。我？？？. check 1point3acres for more.
- 马上点Kira里面的链接去下Firefox，Firefox告诉我Flash没装。我明明装了，之前用Chrome的时候练习的时候还好好的呀？？？
- 马上点Kira里面的链接去Adobe官网下Flash重装，然而等了15分钟，下载进度5%，我？？？
- 一怒之下度娘了个现成的最新版装上，终于能用了，此时已来到2/1凌晨..
所以以后还要用Kira的各位，一定要留好足够的时间，不要作死压Deadline..
