房间还行,大房可以住,小房太小了。
服务态度差,尤其是海韵轩Tower 2 的前台。明明是常住客人,每次去交房租都看也不看你一眼,或者翻白眼,皱眉头,各种鄙视你的肢体语言,好像我欠了钱一样黑脸黑面!
投诉给长江实业了!不想要接待内地客人,就不要做这份工作了,不要勉强自己啊!
Dear CEO/Leader of the Hotel&Suits Business,
I am writing to complain about how badly the reception staff working in the Horizon Hotel & Suits Limited (one of your firms)
for:
Your reception staff is a mess, a disaster, and is composed of a group of haters.
Every time when I need to pay my rent, I feel scared to talk to the cold-faced staff, they roll their eyes, frown to me when talking, and express their hate to us by other body languages.
If there is a machine or robot taking my money every month, I would be so relieved.
Now I am forced to talk to the staff even they have been behaving really, really badly.
They do not make eye contact, do not address you, and do not talk you like you are a human being.
I feel like I am a refugee when I am living here and being treated without basic, lowest politeness.
Even to a stranger, hotel staff cannot act like this.
Therefore, I strongly advise you, the management team to retrain your staff and treat your guests like guests.
I have been enduring it for 10 months. I know there are conflicts between Mainland China and Hong Kong, but we are not fighting here with political issues, we pay money and we deserve some basic service, something more than rudeness and completely non-politeness when you are paying them salaries.
I speak on behalf of many people working here in Hong Kong. We met people from Mainland China in elevators and we shared the experience about how rude the staff was.
So, if you, the management team is not a hater, the board of directors are not haters, the shareholders of this hotel are not haters if you still accept people from Mainland China as your guests, please manage your team and get rid of those who have been acting unprofessionally with intention.
And apologize to me and other people who have been unfairly treated just because of their origins!
Should I get nothing back from you or nothing change from the service I received, I would give the comments to media.
