Meditation intended to be used by pumping moms that let you let-go, relax, be in the moment while you’re doing this selfless, amazing act for your child.
Let your eyes closed. You are welcome to expand your spine long, reaching the head, or to rest back into some sort of support, whether it’s a back of a chair, or sit against the wall, just find comfort here. Comfort and in ease, and just be into breathe. Inhaling fully, and exhaling fully.
As you set your intention to just be here, in the present moment, letting the sound of the pump soothe you, as you are focusing on your breasts, and clear your mind.
Total relaxation, unclench your jaw, relaxing your teeth, dropping your tongue away from your month, give yourself a moment to let your eyes be heavy.
Let the back of your skull relax. Breath in this relaxation, let it flow back into your neck. Drop the shoulders away from you, ears, arms, all the way to fingertips, release any tension you hold in your shoulders.
Breath in love, exhale love, commit to this selfless act of providing for your child. So you take this time to not viewed as a chore, or something you have to do, but something you want to do, something you’re grateful to do.
Breath in the relaxation, back into your neck cord, your shoulders, flow over your chest. You are completely relax. Release any tensions of your hips, unclenching the tightness on your thighs, release your whole lower half, sink towards the floor.
