摘要
基于形态学、细胞学和分子生物学证据,本文报道和描述了发现于中国江西省分布的苦苣苔科植物一新种:江西石山苣苔PetrocodonjiangxiensisF. Wen, L.F. Fu & L.Y. Su。形态学上,新种最接近于星萼石山苣苔P.asterocalyxF.Wen, Y.G.Wei&R.L.Zhang。两个种都具有腋生聚伞花序,辐射对称的花萼和形状相似的花冠,但是江西石山苣苔很容易从以下方面跟前者区别开来:卵状椭圆形到宽卵形的叶片;苞片3个且其边缘具细齿至锯齿;花萼更小,5–6毫米长,约1毫米宽;花冠更小,长1.7–2.3厘米;花药无毛。江西石山苣苔体细胞染色体数为2n = 36。
Abstract
Based on morphological, cytological and molecular data, anew species of Gesneriaceae, Petrocodon jiangxiensis F. Wen, L.F. Fu & L.Y. Su from Jiangxi Province,China, is described and illustrated. Morphologically, it resembles the most P. asterocalyxF.Wen,Y.G.Wei&R.L.Zhang.Both species have axillary cymes, an actinomorphic calyx and similarly shapedcorolla, but P. jiangxiensiscan be easily distinguished by ovate-elliptic to broadlyovate leaf blades, three bracts with a crenulate to serrate margin, smallercalyx lobes 5–6 × ca.1 mm, smaller corolla 1.7–2.3 cm long, and glabrous anthers. Petrocodon jiangxiensis hasa 2n = 36somatic chromosome number.
