How to evaluate a meme
1. Overall personal impression
2. How funny it is in general As in general public reaction on the meme, during witch eliminate personal taste. Here you could set up a few parameters to help better understand it. E.g. funny, creative, connection to other well known topics or events, out of the ordinary that benefits it's value, whether or not easy to understand, etc.
3. if it's flexible,or if you can make different versions of it. A good example would be Pepe,search up "rare Pepe" and you will get 1000s of results,as they all are funny and fulfill a certain niche.
4. How old is the meme. If it's already 2 weeks old and then exploded, it might die out pretty soon as well.
5. Who's involved. Both communicating the meme and be part of the meme.
