有两种学位M.Eng. 和M.A.Sc.（后者适用于未来申请博士）。
多伦多大学的通信研究生分为两种：
MASc: 要有指导老师，写毕业研究论文，学费2万5千加币/年，有当助教的机会。
MENG: 以教授课程为主，不需要指导老师，时间大概是12-16 个月，学费5万7千/年。
Ø 录取要求：申请者必须持有相当于多伦多大学电子或计算机工程或相关领域的四年制学士学位，最后一年成绩至少在B。相关领域可能包括计算机科学、数学和物理。 TOEFL：For the IBT, applicants mustachieve scores of at least 22/30 for each of the Writing and Speaking components of the test, and anoverall score of at least 93/120.

申请人可以选择(和排名)最多三个领域。你的申请将由你感兴趣的领域的教员评估。请选择您认为具有攻读研究生所必需的背景的领域。（可以选择红色的三个专业）
