选中czi文件
拖拽到Fiji
红框勾选
Keep the Blue Channel (9/9) and Red Channel(1/9), Close the others
image - stack - Z project
选择Max Intensity，合并图层
转化为16-bit图像然后导出为tif格式(存储红色通道和蓝色通道两个文件)
后续可以用image J - Telometer插件对图像进行荧光定量分析
ImageJ处理过的文件用普通图片浏览器只能看到一片漆黑，只有用imageJ打开才能看到图像
