Summary
Trait psychology aligns people along five dimensions, such as introversion v.s. extroversion, conscientiousness v.s. laziness. At the same time, we also have our idiosyncrasies, so people cannot be pigeonholed carelessly. What set us apart are our own personal projects, which are things we feel so passionate about that they could lead us to act out of character. After behaving out of character protractedly, however, we need to find some ways to refuel so we will not feel too uncomfortable.
