今天踢的是7人制。一个不小心弄错了场地，迟到10几分钟到了正确的场地发现大家都在等我开球：因为人不够。对手球衣统一、相互熟识、而且对于对抗冲突很有经验的样子，我一度心里有点咯噔，不会今天又要被虐吧。好在对手领先进了第一个球之后就突然不一样了，进攻一般般&防守一般般。我方总共7个人，就靠着前场几乎是唯一的传球线路打进若干球。赢球了，心情总不会差的。
中后场的防守，类似于互联网产品中的开发、测试职能，需要有熟练的套路，并努力做到更加高效。中前场的进攻，类似于互联网产品中的策划、运营职能，也要有熟练的套路，还要努力做到能创造机会。有时候，做产品和打磨球队其实也是很像的：在已有人力的基础上做好组织，打出整体防守和整体进攻。甚至在从无到有、从小到大的资源投入过程中，做产品和做球队也是非常像的：如何让大家为一个愿景形成共识？如果凝聚一支有战斗力的团队？
有很多可以类比之处。另外，我觉得最重的还是will power：到底有多大的决心要去做成这件事情？为了这些期望，愿意付出怎样的代价？这些都可以凝结成对自己的一句拷问：你到底有多想？
